Service to our 2015 passat

Jeremy was very professional and patient with us also we were dealing with car Shield 4 the first time wasn't aware of the process he was there with us thru the whole procedure when and if we return we will definitely request Jeremy great JOB and refer him to friends as well.

Efficient, through, and clean!

I scheduled service online and that was an easy process, dropped my car off with my coupon. What I liked best about the whole process is that, not only did they recommend further service, they added photos, to show exactly why it was time to make the recommended changes. Perfect!

Unexpected Repairs

This month was a case of unexpected repairs. Had to make two trips for different. Company show empathy by helping to reduce the cost by applying better than expected discount for the last repair. I would continue to use them.

G in the service department was ok but this was by far the worse service ever not only hands down. I would never return ever.

Overall good experience

After shopping around for months Heritage Volkswagen gave me the best deal for my 2020 VW Tiguan. I live 2 hours away, but it was worth the drive. Dee was in contact with me over the phone and through email and when we arrived Dennis helped make the final part of the car buying process a breeze. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

Worst service ever!!!! I will not be going to union city...

Worst service ever!!!! I will not be going to union city Volkswagen. Bought a part, called every week for 5 months getting different people, finding out the people I was talking to got fired a week later. WTH!!!! So when parts finally get it in 5 months later, The rude Service Guy Joe wants to be a smart xxx about not giving me any type discount on service he told me come get your money and hang up the phone. Ain’t that a xxxxx! I’m going to get my refund.
