My second time purchasing a vehicle here and I still give it 5 stars, Dre David was a big help involving my second purchase here and got the paper work done smoothly. Also Destini was also a big help in my desicion making of the vehicle and I'm satisfied with the choice.

Overall the service was stellar and the staff was very attentive and polite. Both Robert, Service Manager, and Kimberly, Customer Care, provided a level of customer service that is missing in various markets today. Thanks to Heritage Volkswagen South. I will return for any future service needed on my vehicle.

They save my sons VW SUV from a service we go at Jiffy lube they drained the transmission and did not change the oil. What should only cost 100 dollars coat 600+however Mr Hall customer service and knowledge of serving there cars where they fixed the problem. Love this place

Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly at Heritage. I bought my Beetle new in 2010 at Heritage. I only take my Beetle to them for service. Bryant always takes care of everything for me. The waiting area is very comfortable.... tv, coffee, donuts, fruit, and a movie theater room. Excellent service!

Destini was very professional. She does not waste your time. I would recommend anybody that wants to buy a car to Destini, the greatest! This is the time I ever spent buying a car!
