I went in there Rufus gave me my paper work did my paper wrk got approved.then show me the car told me everything about the vechile and we went bk inside in helped me with ever thing I ask in a timely manner and was very professional about business n I liked that very good customer service everybody in the store greeted me when I walked in. I didn't end up purchasing a car from Heritage, but I was seriously considering a car they had. Rufus was very helpful. He even drove the car across Atlanta to me so I could test drive it. Everyone I spoke to there was friendly and responsive. The price for the vehicle was very reasonable as well. I only purchased elsewhere because I settled on a different make and model.

I had some issues with my Passat door locks and returned to Heritage for service. As always they took care of my car quickly, professionally, and honestly. Work was completed days ahead of expectations and the price was right. Great team at Heritage. Will go back!
