Run! Beware!

Most disgusting business practices to ever come across! Charged me over 1800$ for a used transfer case on my 2006 BMW and that last less than a year and claimed there is no warranty on it when their website states 36 months on all parts used or new. Brought it back to have it looked at and per the contract it wasn’t even looked at, only other issues they “found”. Then they didn’t put my car back together and I broke down on the turnpike after a piece of power steering was left out of my car by them. Knew the owner since highschool. Apparently I am not in the right life bracket for him and my calls are now blocked and I am told to not contact them that my car is no longer under warranty even though they told me there was no warranty!! Contacting a lawyer. Reckless endangerment and disgusting conduct. Price gauging and lies is what this place is all about, just ask his “life coach”. Mechanic of 18 years left due to these horrible practices and those are the facts. I paid my bill and this is how I get treated! Absolute appalled!

Great team!

Great car buying experience. Tom was so great to deal with, made the process easy from start to finish. Family-owned and operated business. Love my new car! Would definitely recommend this place for sales and service on your Audi.

Disapointed

Recently took my kids old Jetta in for repair as another garage screwd up the drive train system. Also, there was a anti freeze leak. The drive train was fixed and also the antifreeze leak but they replaced most of the hoses which really just old and not leaking. This is the "shotgun" method of repairing a problem. and costly to the consumer. Also, when I went to pick up the Jetta the Temperature gauge was HIGH and coolant level low. The Manager did stay after closing to try and get me going but the vehicle had to stay another night. I did not have a ride home so the manager gave me the company van complete with their logos etc. The van had a empty tank of gas. Put $10.00 in before returning it the next day. NEVER got reimbursed for the gas. Experience summary: 1) Repairs where ok but not superior for the Labor rates. 2) I thought it was unprofessional not reimbursing me for the gas. Most clientel that use this facility are not too worried about $10.00 but I was. 3) Staff was friendly enough and the coffee free 4) NO, I would not go back.

Rip Off!

Horrible salesmanship! They bought my car for a extrememly cheap price, and sold it for way than they told me it was worth. They said they couldn't even match another dealerships price. We only sold because we trusted them as a local dealership. When I asked them about the resale price, they were extremely rude. The sales manager said "O well". Do not deal with this dealership.

Great Experience with Bernhard's Sales

I bought a Wesftalia camper 87 from Bernhard's sales because it's well maintained and in great condition for a 87 vehicle . As I am from QC-Canada, Jason took care of the paperwork perfectly, and it only took a few minutes for me to cross the border . From start to finish, the process was seemless, and I am very satisfied with my experience at this dealership - especially Jason who was awesome as a sales person and to communicate .

Good guys are hard to find

If they weren't this good i wouldn't travel 154 miles round trip for service on my 2001 VW Passat 4-Motion Sedan with 356,000 miles on it. The folks at Bernhard's have been my go to people ever since my warranty expired and moved into their area. For the past 7+ years they have fairly, honestly and expertly maintained my car to the highest standards (both mine and theirs)at exceptionally competitive prices. They know how to care for a customer, and their car and will go that extra mile for them. if they didn't would I make that trip so often, I think not.
