If I could leave worse than one star I would.

If I could leave worse than one star I would. I arranged for an oil change and recall work to be done on my 2023 Tundra. The service sticker from the previous visit (2024) was left on the inside of the windshield. The maintenance indicator was not reset so now every time I start the vehicle I get the "maintenance required" warning. A new piece of trim was supposed to be ordered, I have no update and cannot get any information on the status of the piece of trim. Not surprisingly, everyone has amnesia about the order. I submitted a survey and received a follow-up email from the Service Manager asking me to give him the opportunity to make my concerns right. However, after 3 emails and four phone calls he is conveniently always "assisting another customer" or just "stepped out for a minute". I have zero faith anything will be addressed. Thankfully my vehicle has low miles and needs service only once a year. I will be ordering a 2026 Tundra as soon as they are available for order as my lease is up in March. Rest assured Chatham Parkway Toyota will not be considered for my order.

They made an appt for the car we wanted to see and test

They made an appt for the car we wanted to see and test drive. We arrived three kids and my partner and they said they didn’t have it. They should have notified us or had a manager apologize for the mix up they didn’t. Jason and Kelsey need to go through a a customer service class because they are failing miserably at integrity and being polite. Kelsey was so upset when I called and recorded her on the phone when she scheduled me to see the same pilot they told they sold at about appt she didn’t know that it was the same person. I than was called multiple times after I ended the conversation. She left a voicemail saying she missed a call from me which was a cover up. I have now been called and texted multiple times by yefri or Jeffrey telling me he would like to show me the pilot that they said they sold. Buyer beware believe the reviews that are bad.

Went with the sales person Willie.

Went with the sales person Willie. Took a great look at the car. Test drove. Went back inside. HUGE dent in the driver passenger door. Willie agreed it was not there before. They looked at the camera. No good angle. Willie then zoomed in on a picture undated of a possible dent in the car. Ok. Lets fix it! I had placed $500 fown came from out of state. $1200 to fix. Then I was told car is sold as is. I was stunned. Its a civic pearl. Body shop tried (body shop guy amazing) but on a crease. Drove it to IL. Asked for a carfax. Jason the online manager stopped answering my calls. Paid $50 for the carfax. No accidents. Called to transfer the title to IL. They let my license expire. Who does this?

just now New I had an extremely frustrating experience

just now New I had an extremely frustrating experience with Chatham Parkway Toyota. My car went in for repairs, and they not only overcharged my insurance but also didn’t even install the new parts they ordered. The steering column was put in incorrectly, and no one bothered to check if it was done properly. I was given the car back in a dangerous condition, which forced me to return it because the mistake could have put my child and me at risk on the road. To make matters worse, the service manager, Moe, lied to the collision center, claiming that we met in person and discussed the repairs when, in fact, we did not. I had proof that I was still driving home from work in another city during the time frame he gave. Even more scary was when I went in Saturday morning they told me my car was never worked on at the shop for 30 minutes till they found one of their techs name on a repair but no notes. I had to take my car to another mechanic to check their work, and I still don’t feel comfortable driving it. Communication was poor, and no one from the shop took the initiative to call me back to resolve the issue. This whole experience was unnecessarily stressful, and I would not recommend their services to anyone. If you had an insurance repair from this place I would advise getting another look at your vehicle after service is done. I wish I could give this place a zero but the saving grace was Cord at the collision center.

Well here's a long post for Chatham Parkway Toyota .

Well here's a long post for Chatham Parkway Toyota ..... I took my 2023 Camry in for the front driver's tire not holding air with the tire light on 6/27/24. They found a nail in the side wall of the front driver's tire and told me the tire had to be replaced as it can't be patched/plugged. We were told the tire was replaced with a brand new tire. On July 4th our family drove to the Braves game and back on July 5th. Yesterday, July 8th, I got in my car and the tire light was back on for the same driver's front tire. I called Toyota and got them to send me pictures of my tire that was supposed to be replaced with a new tire. Guess what? It's the same exact tire not a new one. I go in this morning and get there when they open. Spoke with an "acting manager" just to be told they are sorry that the tech that worked on my car replaced the wrong tire! He replaced the passenger front not driver front! I did get the tire replaced, but this is unacceptable to me! I was told the manager would contact me when they got in at 9:30 and it's now 2:00pm! I spent 3 hours up there on the 27th with both my children and then was up there for over an hour this morning! I understand mistakes happen, but how can you replace the wrong tire especially when the damaged tire is marked with a big circle around the nail! Also would like to know how they put 5 miles on my car to move it around in a shop both trips?!

Our sale people were wonderful but the guy who finalized

Our sale people were wonderful but the guy who finalized the sale was not. My husband had all the necessary paperwork as a 100% disabled veteran to not pay the sales tax and he refused to accept it. Will never use them again.

Not Trustworthy

I purchased a preowned vehicle and was given a 6 months warranty at the time of purchase. The car broke down approximately one month after purchase. The car was towed to the dealership at my expense. The dealership displayed concern by placing the vehicle in service to be repaired and provided a loaner. The car was in service for approximately 2 weeks without hearing from the dealership on the status of the vehicle. My wife contacted the dealership for an update and was told the vehicle could be picked up the next day. My wife picked up the vehicle and was ensured that the problem was fixed. The following day my wife drove the car to her hometown which was three hours away and the car broke down again with the same issue as before. My wife and car was stranded. The dealership offered no way for my wife to get home. The car is still stranded as they did not provide a way for the car to be towed. The General Manager stated he was not going to spend anymore money fixing the car even though it was under 6 months warranty given by the dealership. He suggested that we trade in the vehicle for another vehicle. I decided to take his suggestion with the understanding that the money I invested would be put towards the trade. The dealership did not apply the entire dollar amount of the previous car to the new trade. They also did not reimburse me for the tows, rental expenses, nor the money invested in the previous car, such as fees, title, taxes, and upgrades. In fact, they tacked on fees and taxes to the trade-out car. Therefore, they did trade-out the car but handled it as a new purchase. I feel that I lost money in this deal and the dealership gained as they sold me a car that did not operate a month without breaking down twice and did not honor their warranty package. I have lost a total of $3, 929 doing business with this company.
