Tammie is my go to person! She always greets her customer with a smile. I’ve been coming to this dealership for years and she’s the only one I prefer to help me because I never feel like I’m treated like a number with her. She’s an Angel in disguise!! Much Love Tammie * TJ

Great service!
Great service! Drew Kennedy was courteous and helpful . He handled my 10,000 mile service. I was kept informed via text. I was even given an estimated timeframe over the phone when the appointment was made.

EDITED REVIEW: I’ve been through a lot in life, but
EDITED REVIEW: I’ve been through a lot in life, but driving one of the most magnificent riding vehicles around—only to realize I’ve been screwed up the A** by Lexus of Huntsville—was not something I expected. And I want that statement to hit HARD. We were at the dealership until 8:40'ish p.m., finally leaving with a car I deserve—one I’ll work my butt off for—only to discover, while rinsing pollen off, that something was off. What I thought was a piece of paper stuck to the vehicle was actually a factory protective sheet that had never been removed that had started peeling and slapping the top. Let that sink in. And that wasn’t even the first red flag. Right before signing paperwork—after being there for HOURS and FINISHING up the LAST of the paperwork—we were casually informed the car had 400+ miles on it. My husband didn't fuss- we'll just take it- we thought they've bent over backwards for us and the car already has permaplate on it. Turns out, the manager had been driving it- which wasn't told to us until we'd already signed 3/4 of the paperwork. Funny, because the paperwork clearly listed THREE MILES. We were exhausted, my husband’s mother had just passed, and we were too drained to argue. We let it go. Maybe I should've gone with the other vehicle. Regardless, before they ran our credit, I ASKED, IS THIS VEHICLE THE EXACT SAME AS THE ONE I TEST DROVE? The answer was in the affirmative. The ONLY difference was I wanted a lighter color. I'd change in a heartbeat now because I feel butt xxxxx. Fast forward—after a long drive, running errands, and visiting family—we’re back home, began rinsing the vehicle, going through our "new" vehicle and find SAND. Yes, BEACH SAND. Not from us, becuase my husband and I hate the beach. So, the manager drove this car for spring break or whatever, slapped 400 miles on it, left the factory sheet ON, and then tried to sell it as "new"? Okay. But it gets worse. We paid $995 for Permaplate—a sealant to protect the entire vehicle’s coating. How the xxxx did they seal anything when the factory sheet was STILL ON the car?! And to top it off, the Permaplate didn’t even stick properly on part of the hood—it was literally rolling off. Why? Because these geniuses didn’t even wash the pollen off before spraying it???? And here’s the cherry on top: I was told the manager is a Christian and doesn’t "go for cursing." xxx. I don’t give a xxxx about his sensitivities—I care that I was LIED TO. I do a xxxx of a lot more for Jesus than most people sitting in church every Sunday, and THIS is why people don’t go to church! Lexus, you lied to me. You misled me. You sold me a car as "new" that was used, had sand that didn't come out by whoever vaccuumed and you failed to do your job with integrity. Yes, everyone was cordial- of course, I was about to spend a xxxx-ton of money. Yes, they were patient. Brody was extremely knowledgeable but now, I'm pissed the xxxx off. Now Lexus Manager, tell me what the Bible says about a pissed off woman. My original review following their request: Cordial, non-pressuring salesman, VERY patient, good selection of vehicles on the lot. Brody is extremely knowledgeable on vehicle particulars. Great group of folks!
