Poor choices for pre-certified cars, one was not cleaned and reeked of cigarette smoke...felt snubbed by the salesman...who made a remark that came across as rude when asked about the 0 APR..he said "if you qualify" not in a sentence but rather an afterthought..Out credit score is over 820..he did not know that....we went and purchased a new Accord Touring Sedan...best judgment call on our part

Poor customer service
I paid $72000 for ls460 .when it get hot all doors panel and interior, glove box,console melt like ice cream..it’s not experience amazing..it’s horrible experience

This past Friday I purchased a L certified GS 350 F Sport from Lexus of Huntsville. The Sales Manager and staff made me feel right at home the minute I walked through the door. We did not feel the "pressure" that you get
We were extremely impressed with the staff at Lexus of Huntsville. The Salesperson (Brian) was very friendly. He was knowledgeable of the vehicle we were looking to purchase. We did not feel the "pressure" that you get from other dealerships.
