Needed a certain color EXL
I wanted a new EXL civic and Milton Martin had two vehicles with the color I wanted. I asked about trading and they gave me what I wanted for my car and sold new car at a good deal. I was happy with my purchase and look forward to dealing with them again in the future. Brian Whalen is the best and down to earth salesman that I have ever dealt with. The whole staff is very good and will go that extra mile to get you in the car you want and get you back on the road in a vehicle you will enjoy for many years to come. Go see them and ask for Brian Whalen when you need a new car.

Since our service advisor was busy, Joseph took immediate care of us and was extremely friendly! The shuttle service was also great! Our service advisor, John Steeth, explained everything well during the checkout process.
100,000 service on my Honda Civic
Matt McKinley set up my appt. and made me aware that it would take a while since it was the 100,000 mile service. He checked on me while I waited and updated me as to what was going on. He also asked me if I was in need of shuttle service. When it was all said and done, I even got out a half hour to 45 minutes earlier than expected. Thanks, Matt, for going the extra mile, and making my stay a very comfortable one.
Made an appointment for a recall issue. Went there on Monday, part had to be ordered. No one on phone new this. Part took two days to get there. Went back in the following Monday. They didn’t order the part. I told them the story, they asked who I talked to. They didn’t know? 2 1/2 weeks later car still isn’t fixed. Changed weekend plans and came back a day early to get it fixed only to be told they never ordered the part. Go somewhere else. They have no idea what they’re doing.
Worst experience ever!
We took our Honda Civic in for an air conditioner repair last May. Since then, we have taken it back to them at least five times because the air would not keep blowing cold air from the time our daughter drove it home from college two weeks later. We live over six hours away, and we continued to take it back for them to fix. They replaced the parts to no avail, and we finally had to take it closer to home. The car is still not fixed, and they told us it is no longer under warranty, even though it has never been fixed. Before I knew this was going to happen, we took our son’s Accord there within a month of taking my daughter’s Civic. We had to take it back to them again in July because the air was not working. They replaced another part. We discovered that the air was still not working for our son a couple months later. It was winter in Atlanta, so we didn’t realize it wasn’t working. We have now taken it to a different dealership close to home, and they say we need another part for another $1400. So far, we have put almost $3,600, $5,000 after this repair, into both ACs and neither works. Milton Martin does not stand behind their work. We have been extremely disappointed with them and Honda in general. We will never take or recommend this place to anyone, and at this point, we will never buy Honda again.
Service Department is Awful
They took my radio antenna off to wash and didn't replace it. wasn't noticed until we got home. Three calls and they are telling me they don't know where it is. OK, then buy me a new one and send it to me. Good grief!
Didn't divulge all information
I brought my old Honda Accord in for servicing, and I was told it would cost more to fix than it was worth--which may have been true. At that point, we looked at trading in it, and I did trade it for a Mazda 2; this was in 2016. Three years later, I was rear-ended at a red light and the insurance company tells me they won't pay diminished value because the car had previously been in a wreck before I purchased the car. This was NOT brought to my attention. Caveat emptor, sure. They're not required so say anything, I'm sure. But ethically, they SHOULD have told me it was already in a rear-end collision right before I bought it. When I bought this car, I was going through a really rough time, and my car was the cherry on top. Looking back, I honestly feel like they took advantage of my situation by scaring me into thinking my Honda was unsafe to drive and then not being upfront with the car they sold me.

I purchased a 2019 Honda Accord in March. Two weeks later the car went into limp mode on the highway. The car was towed to Milton Martin Honda where I purchased it from. I was told they did a reset on the computer system and everything was fine. The car still reacted very sluggishly. I continued to take the car back for service and was ultimately told that the undercarriage of the car sustained damage when I had to get it off of the road to safety when it went into limp mode. Honda refused to fix the issue even though it was related to the car going into limp mode. Fast foward 6 months, my new car went into limp mode again and had to be towed. I took it to a different Honda dealership where they told me that the car had never been fixed the first time. The fule injector and cylinders had to be replaced because of metal shavings in the system! Now it looks like I may need a new engine as well!
Bought a NICE used car. Over $20,000. Picked it up with 1/2 tank of gas and little instruction on the vehicle "bells and whistles". Really? Not good at night. A bit disappointed in the experience. It was like an assembly line of departments and waiting.
I bought a Honda Accord many years ago. We were told after transaction that something fell on the top and back lid. Now for years we watch the paint peel off in that area down to metal and its rusting. It started right after warrenty was out. Very disappointed they were not upfront before transactions untl aftet.
