Was treated with respect throughout the process. Salesman did not truthfully advise the original list price of this CPO ES 350 when asked, inflating it to make the sales price which was near original list price for a used vehicle seem like a deal. Offerings of extended warranties & Lexus repair of door dings or wheel damage were inflated, reduced immediately once I declined as outrageously priced. Felt like a shake down instead of premier customer treatment.

They made the transaction easy. It was worth the almost year wait. Cannot say enough good things about Michael Featherstone. He was upfront, honest, and professional throughout the entire process.

Excellent service. Nice vehicle and a top notch car dealership. The sales person was excellent explaining everything. The dealer ship was very clean, personnel very friendly, nice lobby, very good selection on cars. Overall it was a nice experience.

We have purchased 2 cars from NORTHSIDE LEXUS and them two were sold to us from Larry Kidd. In short when I’m ready to trade in or buy another Lexus we will request Mr. Larry Kidd.

Terrible service, I was not allowed to go freeway (I -45) because of Low pressure ( Bertha), as the Salesman ( Hector knew the tires were bad) they had no tread left on tures and wires were showing on the inside.

Great location and everyone is extremely friendly! Building is clean and well kept. Coffee area is nice and inviting.

I guess I'm at Northside Lexus to stay. I'm on my second Lexus and my wife is on her third. We didn't buy all of them there, but NSL is closest to us for service. TJ Stewart is my motorcycle (Triumph) riding buddy and Nang is a golfer. They treat me right and I trust them. Now if I could just convince Lexus to keep selling the LS 500 in the US like they do in the rest of the world, things would be perfect. Give them my feedback. My generation wants big, reliable, quiet cars. BMW and Mercedes are great, but fall a bit short in one or more catagories.

All the sell representatives were very attentive and William the one who sold us the car was very helpful, he gave a s lots of information. the person who helped us in the financial process was also very helpful and very helpful.

I had a great experience here thanks to the friendly, attentive staff who made the process effortless. The facility was spotless, from the restrooms to the waiting area, which was well-stocked with fresh drinks and cold water. Highly recommended!
