Northside Lexus provides world class service unparalleled by any other dealership. While the quality of the vehicles are very good, I have many choices in the brand of vehicle I can purchase. The reason I keep coming back to Northside Lexus is because the service department is the best I have ever seen and the professionalism of the entire organization is unmatched by any other dealership. I am 61 years old and needless to say I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime for myself, wife and kids. I have dealt with most every brand of vehicle and dealership there is during the course of my lifetime. NONE are as good as Northside Lexus. That is why I am loyal customer.

Overall, I had a great experience at Northside Lexus—especially thanks to Mr. Hector, who made the process feel smooth, exciting and stress-free. He was kind, attentive, and had everything ready for me when I arrived, including the car I was interested in test driving. He walked me through the sale with transparency and care, which I really appreciated. My only concern was with Mr. Marcus in the finance department. He didn’t greet me warmly, repeatedly mispronounced my name—even while confirming it with my credit union—and didn’t take the time to ask how it should be said. It felt a bit impersonal, especially during an exciting moment. That said, I understand we all have off days, and I’d like to extend grace and assume he was focused more on the paperwork than the customer experience. Thanks to Mr. Hector, my excitement stayed intact, and I still left feeling good about my purchase. I would absolutely recommend this dealership overall—just hope they continue to prioritize the human side of customer service across the board.
