I was wowed!! Hard to do.. ;)

I started the week in search of a truck for my husband. Needlesss to say, phone calls and emails and long hours sitting at dealerships in search of the perfect NEW vehicle. Our week ended with a phone call from JOHN HOLT. I figured it would be the same game, u know start your search for something specific and wind up walking away unblissfull because you got a new car yes; however, wasnt what you initially wanted or needed for that matter. When my husband arrived he was greeted, and met by Justin Hart. Justin already had the 2 trucks we had in mind ready for test drives...pulled up with a.c. on. I was really impressed. He didnt try thr tactic of talking us out of and into something else. It was about what we wanted and how we could get it. He was realistic from the get go. Didnt try sales tactics...he was REAL. Then came for the financing...we were ready to "pull the plug" and Jody made it happen...not sure how...but making me happy at a dealership is hard to do...they are always so gamey. JOHN HOLT was not. Justin and Jody made it happen. Now we are owners of a brand new truck, I for once feel confident in walking away with...NO REGRETS! I was impressed! Thank you JOHN HOLT!

Great

He welcomed me, I told him what I was looking for. He got me the best deal. The vehicle was just I needed . He was friendly, kept me informed on The buying process . Since I did not have a way to drive it home, I still had my other vehicle, he drove it to my home, I thought that was awesome. A great salesman. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.. All my sons say I got a good vehicle. They range between 31 and 44 years old. Totally Happy about my experience.

I had a very easy transition into a new vehicle.

I walked in with the intention of looking for a new car and got wonderful, immediate service. I was very easy to get everything completed in a timely manner, everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I was given a great offer and allowed to ask questions as needed.

Awesome

My husband is deployed and I wanted to purchase him a truck as a retirement gift for him coming back so after having a terrible experience somewhere else. John Holt was great. They make it easy and Michael Breeze was a pleasure ! Thanks John Holt for helping this military spouse make her husband happy when he gets home after a long year !

Great service!

I received great service from Ryan. He stayed late and waited for me as I travelled to the dealership from another city. Ryan and the staff were very hospitable and kind. I received great information about the purchase of my vehicle. I certainly recommend you purchase your next car with Ryan if you want to have a great car buying experience.

First Time Car Buyer

I loved the atmosphere of this dealership and the sales guys have personalities! It was an overall great experience. I was extremely nervous the entire time (That's just who I am) and when I walked in the open offices and glass walls made the atmosphere very inviting and transparent. They knew I was new at this process and were understanding when I took awhile to consider options. Overall the process was great and the atmosphere and people were fantastic at making every step of the process relaxing and not so scary.
