Friendly, reliable, low-pressure. This is the third time I have purchased a car with this dealership. I always love my Hondas and I will always go back to autonation Honda. Special shout-outs to Leo in sales and Wesley in finance.

The pricing of the vehicle was excellent and we enjoyed

The pricing of the vehicle was excellent and we enjoyed the "1price" no haggle experience. However, 5 days after purchase we found that the car needed $2400 in repairs despite the "No worries, we've inspected it" guarantee. Was on the phone with autonation for a total of 2 hours over 3 days. Received all types of misinformation and that my repairs weren't covered under the warranty I received. 2 separate managers never called me back after saying they "will make this right, I will call you later today". Ended up taking the car to my local Chevrolet dealership, NOT autonation, and they were able to submit a claim on behalf and it did in fact end of being covered under warranty - misinformation for the win! Loved the price of the car, customer service sucked and no one ever had any clear answers.

They staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful when discussing car features. The color selection minimal but I was assured they could order a car in the color I wanted in a reasonable time. I decided on a car that was currently on the lot.
