Purchased a vehicle from this dealership and they failed to complete the registration process properly. I was told my plates were ready in New Hampshire, which was not true. I contacted the DMV directly and confirmed they are still missing paperwork from the dealership. My temporary plates have been expired since Monday, and the vehicle cannot legally be driven. I am currently making payments on a vehicle I cannot use due to their error. I have attempted multiple times to contact the dealership and management, including the GM, and have been given the runaround with no resolution. If this is not resolved immediately, I will be escalating further with the DMV and consumer protection agencies.
