Thanks to Jacob barton and the team at Craig and Landreth everything was as I expected it’s was easy and fast and Jacob had patient with me and waited until I got there and help get the deal done a really great guy and a nice team I would do business with them again in the future

I paid almost $20,000 for a hardtop convertible from this

I paid almost $20,000 for a hardtop convertible from this place and because they stuck an AS IS sticker on it they believe oh well too bad. But we will fix it for you for a price. Then you pay their price pluscan extra $40.00 for glue and they still dont fix it. Now their only solution is let us fix it no matter how long it takes and we'll chare you our hourly rate for as long as it takes. When I talked to one of the gentlemen there his response was " We are a FOR PROFIT organization and we aren't in the business of giving things away. But I gave almost $20,000 to them for a product I can only drive on sunny days. The whole thing is a scam. You buy a car from them and when something is wrong they will keep charging you till they get it right. I was never offered a warranty but from what I've seen thats just as big of a scam. You buy the warranty from them and then supposedly they split the cost. But they can charge you anything and tell you its half the cost. Probably a good thing I wasn't offered the warranty.

Stay away at all costs.

Stay away at all costs. They have an AS IS policy that is iron clad. The refuse to take any responsibility for anything. After paying almost $20,000 for a hardtop convertible from them that even though it had an AS IS sticker on it I was foolish enough to believe that the top would not leak. My bad. You would think they would have the integrity to admit maybe they should have checked the top. But oh no. Their favorite phrase comes up. "You bought it as is". I even reluctantly paid them to fix it and after spending several hours over several days I was finally told that if I wanted it fixed right they didn't know how long it would take and I would have to pay their hourly rate. I declined and left. Now after talking to one of their people yesterday I realise just what a big mistake I made. After a lengthy discussion he finally just came out and said ( We are a FOR PROFIT organization and we aren't in the business of giving things away. I wasn't asking for anything for free. I just thought maybe they would choose customer support honesty and integrity over PROFIT. No such luck. But if I can keep one person from making the same mistake that will help Stay away at all costs.

Extremely terrible customer service.

Extremely terrible customer service. The vehicle in question was offered well below its book value, so I asked for the chance to have a pre-inspection performed on the vehicle by a local mechanic. I was immediately denied and told I had to provide proof of approval via my financial institution before advancing.

I asked Dillon(sales person, by the way couldn't find a single review good or bad about him. I have to question that) from Louisville for his best price on a $55,995 car and he told me it was being reevaluated and would be at $63,000! I was shocked and since he was going the wrong direction I told him I wouldn't go more than 50,000 and he completely shut down and told me he would keep an eye out for a car that they could put me in. I told him not to bother and that his bait and switch had not gone unnoticed . He took my comment about that,and letting my friends know that this dealership could not be trusted as a personal insult and he started with his brand of insults. I was willing to go higher than what I said and I had to explain to him that buying used cars is about offers and counter offers and he tried to confuse the situation by acting like I had already told him how much I was spending when in actuality it was after he he said $63,000 that i went low. Remember, I have pictures of that car on the Internet for sale for $55,995 !He didn't take it any further other than being rude and ironically saying that I got mad because I didn't get the deal I wanted. The deal never got started. Told him I was a 62-year-old cash buyer and he even used part of that as an insult, and I finally had to reply stop because he didn't understand when I kept telling him to have a nice day,after being overly polite with him,he just couldn't stop. My opinion,that kind of an abrasive attitude shouldn't be something you have to deal with when you're spending that kind of money. Bottom line, he burnt the deal with his attitude. I 've purchase a lot of cars and never been treated like this. After reading your reviews a lot of them just don't seem real, read one where a guy said the reviews were fake, I'm not saying that,but I encourage anyone shopping with this dealership read all reviews and be careful! I have several text messages to prove exactly what I'm saying. Actually glad I smelled trouble and didn't make the long trip.

The worst experience at a dealership

We had a few good deals, but they chose to drop the ball and loose a client over $170.00 that they were absolutely wrong about. Then they continued to lie and mislead us. Terrible experience and we will never go back. Shame on you Craig and Landerith!!!!

Great experience 3 times now!

Ive bought 3 vehicles from Craig & Landreth in Clarksville. Could not say enough good things about this dealership. The owner is onsite and has helped me out all 3 purchases, what a guy! Andreas my sales guy is supper nice guy, laid back and very knowledgable. I will continue to buy from them as they make it so easy and painless. Rob
