I purchased 2 vehicles in June my husband got the Dodge

I purchased 2 vehicles in June my husband got the Dodge ram I got the Dodge Journey immediately from leaving a week later the car was very shaky they sold me a car with bad tires two weeks later my ABS light came on meaning brake system four months later the Dodge ram is saying that it needed wheel bearings I only purchased a vehicle here because I had a friend Terrie that I purchased a Lexus from of Peachtree 12 years Pryor The way the cars are running I will never purchase from the shop again I’ve been calling to let them know that because of hurricane IAN I had to leave town and I’ve been gone for two months now that I’m back I need my vehicle to be working I am paying a car note for a dodge ram that sitting in my driveway that cannot be moved. This will be the worst service I’ve ever had and I have purchased a lot of vehicles in the state of Georgia and South Carolina but this was the worst experience to have lights come on on a vehicle that you just purchased and the sales ladies to say that the dealership was racist and charge me extra taxes after I’m seeing all my lights come on on my dashboard I need a lawyer and I think I’m going to call the news

I purchased two vehicles in one day they both have

Lemon laws are real in Georgia I purchased two vehicles in one day they both have major problems and I am paying car payments for them I was also told because I was black I got charge more taxes by one of their sales representatives miss Terrie

Horrible Dealership

This is the most horrible, unprofessional place that I have EVER bought a vehicle from. I bought a Dodger Durango with the promise that the AC would be fixed. I took it back in for the repair not even two months later the AC was out again and now 5 months later I am still “waiting on a part” to be delivered. Each week that I call to check on the part the date of arrival is always pushed back another week. I am in the process of filing a complaint against them with the Better Business Bureau because I also paid for an extended warranty for the vehicle.

Avoid this place

This dealer is invasive of privacy and has practices that border on stalking. I will never work with them as I feel that my personal information is not protected.

Thank you James Botts and the Service team

I wanted to take a moment to recognize James Botts and the service staff. I bought my new jeep at a different dealer. it was clear from the start that the dealer I bought from was terrible. The service manager even yelled at me when I asked him a question! I decided after I took delivery I would go to Mall of GA for service. I was worried I might not get the best treatment because I didnt buy there. James and team changed my mind quickly. From the get go they have taken great care of me. I drive kids to school every day over 100 miles a day and I cannot be without the car. James and team have always found the time to do work on my car on the weekends, and they are great at helping me work on a few issues my new vehicle had with Stelantis. Without James's help, I would not have gotten the fast resolution that is no longer common place in the auto business. Thanks James and Katlyn for your dedication to service. I will certainly choose this dealer for future purchases

MOG did an oil change on 2018 Jeep Wrangler (48k miles),

MOG did an oil change on 2018 Jeep Wrangler (48k miles), identified an oil leak. 7 weeks later, they had: removed the turbo, manifold, cylinder heads and more (then put the items in the back of the jeep interior to store while waiting for more parts) and were still 2 weeks out from completing the service. Great place if you like to have your car taken apart, be in the dark about what is going, and when you confront them, the blame from person to person moves faster than Texas armadillo walking over hot sand. Extremely poor customer service. Who stores engine parts inside the car, while parked outside in the sun ?

I had MOG Chrysler flush my radiator as a "preventative"

I had MOG Chrysler flush my radiator as a "preventative" maintenance measure. Two days after the repair I have coolant all over my garage floor thanks to a broken radiator. I drive it back to MOG Chrysler the next morning at 8 am. By 3:00 I still haven't heard anything so I call and they tell me they haven't looked at it yet. When it finally was looked at, I was told there is a crack in the radiator. I said this obviously happened when the radiator flush was performed so I assume it would fixed this at no charge. The service manager said he would speak to the owner. He did and called me back and said the owner does not agree this is something they should have to pay for so I had my truck towed to Troncalli Chrysler for the radiator repair. The tow cost me $135.00 and the radiator replacement cost another $1,235.48.

My purchase experience with Mike Clinnin my Sales

My purchase experience with Mike Clinnin my Sales Representative, Joe Lary the Finance Manager and Mall of Georgia CDJR was exceptional. Mike’s communication from order to delivery was the best I have had in 40 years of purchasing vehicles. Mike was professional and had thorough knowledge of the CDJR vehicle line. Joe Lary was friendly, efficient and provided great customer service. I highly recommend Mike Clinnin, Joe Lary and Mall of Georgia CDJR. I will definitely use them for my next vehicle purchase.

Chris sold my son 2 cars, one in May one in June, both

Chris sold my son 2 cars, one in May one in June, both vehicles have been fantastic and he was able to get him out of a lease no other dealership was able to do. It was a good experience and when my daughter in law is ready for a new vehicle this is where we will be buying it from and we will definitely be buying from Chris again. Wonderful experience.

I took my Ram 1500 in to be repaired after finding out

I took my Ram 1500 in to be repaired after finding out they had sold me a truck that had a 5% failure rate and I happened to be one of them. If they had told me in 2012 that the engine had a problem I never would have bought it. I called them up and told them exactly what was wrong with it and they told me it could be repaired and if it was too bad they would tell me. They told me it could be repaired but they couldn’t do it because of a liability issue to them. They charged me $600 to open up the engine only to find that it was exactly what I told them was wrong and instead of fixing it, they tried to sell me a used engine with the same problem. The problem was an easy fix for any qualified mechanic but apparently they didn’t have one working there. Not only did they lie about being able to fix it, they tried to take advantage of my situation and sell me another engine with the same defect for over $10,000. I took it to a mechanic I had done many repairs with in the past and they are well familiar with the problem of the 5.7 hemi and are now making repairs. I would never buy another vehicle from Dodge I would especially never take it in for repairs as I was lied to and charged $600 for them to go in and see for themselves what I already had told them was wrong. Unbelievably bad dealership. They never told me about the problem when I bought it and when it failed they tried to con me into buying another used engine with the same problem. There are no words
