In short, I purchased a new Jeep to include after market leather seats. What a mistake. It’s a 45 plus thousand dollar car and the application of the... leather is poor. It’s sagging in areas, there are wrinkles and it looks cheap. The car is 4:5 months old. Despite their effort to resolve, it is still not acceptable. There is no accountability. Jeep sold the car and received payment for a 3 rd party to install. It’s not my job to chase this to resolve. It’s you responsibility. I paid you for a service and you sold a product. Take care of it appropriately and with accountability. In addition. Jason ( the GM) has the customer service skills of a mop. Stay away from him. it only takes one bad apple. I would not want someone who has that approach representing my company. Don’t make excuses for your employees substandard customer service. There is no excuse to treat others with disrespect !!!! Not even if they paid your company 45000 dollars. Great experience turned bad.

We have just purchased our 3rd vehicle from this dealership and could not be happier! Our salesman is always Jeff Matthews and he never steers us wrong.... He is always attentive to our needs, honest, and goes above and beyond for us, as does everyone else at the dealership. We are very pleased with the level of service this dealership offers across the board ~ from purchase of the vehicles right down to service. We have never had an issue and do believe that if we did, it would be addressed appropriately. We will be back when we are ready for our next purchase
We took our truck in to get some recalls fixed and spent an additional $2000 on services we knew needed to be done and recommended services. When we picked... up the truck they had only done the services they recommended so we took it back and had to spend another $200. Now we've had to take it back a 3rd time because they didn't tighten something and causing smoke to come from under the hood. We took this truck in and paid for FULL SERVICE REPAIR and are now having problems we never had before. I would NOT reccomend getting service done here, hopefully the sales the department is good. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!!
I actually went in for an oil change when Jeff Matthews ended up helping me look into options for a larger vehicle that I had been wanting to get for... some time. I had my heart set on an Acadia until Jeff showed me a Dodge Durango and I LOVED IT! He was so patient and helpful through the whole process and worked with the finance team to get me the terms I needed. Everyone at this dealership was very nice and friendly! Would highly recommend!
