VERY IMPRESSED!

This was my first time buying an Acura. The entire experience purchasing my RDX from Mungenast was EXCELLENT. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, see Becca. You will not be disappointed. She was amazing. She made the car buying experience actually enjoyable. She was no pressure, and was able to answer any question that I had. Kyle, in finance, was also great to work with. Mungenast has done a fantastic job hiring a team of employees that really do care about their customers.

Always professional friendly service and sales

Outstanding dealership with friendly and professional in the service department and the sales guys are honest and well informed. Quality used cars and you couldn't find a better dealer to buy a new Acura.

Exceptional Service!

We were on our way from Philadelphia to our Winter home in Arizona when my tire sensor showed low pressure in my left rear tire on my 2017 MDX AWD. When a local RV shop found a screw in my sidewall, we had to find a place to get a new tire. After an unsuccessful attempt at a closeby tire shop (he offered to get them for us but it would take a day), my wife contacted Ryan Syberg at Mungenast Acura, about 11 miles from where we were at the time. We were delighted to find the shop could attend to us immediately, and we made our way there to be welcomed by a terrific staff. . Because of AWD, we had to replace a pair of tires, but Ryan was able to get one replaced under our Road Hazard original purchase. He took care of us and got us back on our way within a couple of hours. We never lost a day on our trip. Terrific service by everyone at this Acura dealership.

Easy to work with, hassle free!

The whole process from start to finish was extremely easy. They were ready with options for me to consider, and at no point did I feel pressured to do anything. I will definitely go here first for future vehicle needs!

Five stars for my Fifth Acura

This was my fifth Acura in 11 years and four of them (3 MDX and 1 RDX) are still on the road. Tom Kells made the sales process a breeze and Ryan Syberg and Gul Khan make every service appointment as painless and affordable as possible. Highly recommend the Mungenast experience to everyone.

Mungenast Review

We visited twice to look at used cars. The first time the sales rep was decent. Very friendly, showed us the two vehicles but didn't really offer anything in the way of trying to convince me to buy them other than offer a test ride which is the reason i visited anyway. The 2nd visit, my original salesperson was out and no one seemed interested in helping me and my wife. We asked to see the same car and they just gave us a key and told us it was in the same spot. When I got there, the car was dead. Battery was bad. I informed the sales staff, they seemed to shrug it off and asked if i wanted to come back tomorrow. No hustle, no sense of doing anything they can to make my impression of this USED car seem better. Just...oh well. They eventually offerred to jump the car but at that point I was a little put off like we didn't really matter so we left. We went to another dealership, test drove the same car, and bought it that same day.

Great Expirience

This was the second time I have looked at a used car at Mungenast Acura. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and attentive. The sales person was professional and up front about everything about the process. Doing the paperwork took no time at all. I would look at Mungenast Acura the next time I need a car.
