The team at Southgate Lincoln did a super job delivering

The team at Southgate Lincoln did a super job delivering my new Lincoln Navigator. Alexis Mosley ordered the vehicle for me and then helped me get set-up in the vehicle. She showed me all of the new features and technical details for the 2025 model, which were many over my prior 2023 vehicle. My vehicle was super clean and ready for me to take home. I could not have asked for more.

Dealership does NOT check that the key fobs they give you

Dealership does NOT check that the key fobs they give you when you pick up your new vehicle's actually work. Then when you go to a different dealership to fix the problem the office manager will not even speak with you or the other dealership to fix the problem. She made me drive 100 miles out of my way just to save her dealership from getting hit with paying the dealership closer to my house to correct issue. Very Poor customer service.

I have nothing but praise for the service personnel at Southgate Lincoln. From my first phone call with Tony to the porter who took me home and picked me up. A great experience everything a Car Dealer Service is expected to be. Tony kept me updated from day one. "Hats off" Team Southgate Lincoln.

Poor customer service.

Poor customer service. Used car salesman was great but office manager is NOT very customer service friendly. Dealership did check that both key fobs actually started my new car. I discovered that one fob would unlock car and open doors but would not start the car. I took the car and fobs to a dealership closer to my home and the office manager at southgate would not even talk to Crest Lincoln who was willing to fix the fob. Instead she made me drive 100 miles back and forth to Southgate to fix the problem. Then once there she never even apologized or acknowledged I was there.

We were recently at the dealership with our grandson,

We were recently at the dealership with our grandson, Logan, who purchased a use truck and worked with Shannon Grover. Shannon is a person that I have done business with over many years. Her kindness and ease with the purchase of his first vehicle, on his own, was very impressive and informative to him. All dealerships should have someone like Shannon to work with first time buyers like Logan. Good Job Shannon! Garry & Melody.
