Service this time

Not good service I came for routine oil change and tire rotation, and told the technician about issue of concern with the car and he didn't even check the car out and didn't even mention about my concerns on the check out papers. You guys already took advantage of me and I am paying too much for Trax that I could've got a Malibu probably, but that was my fault. Then the technician didn't even listen at me of my concerns, now I have to take more time off from work to come again.

Overall Great Experience

Get to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet ask for Mr. Ricardo Anthony. My car was totaled in a car accident. I was referred to Rick Hendrick Chevrolet by a friend who raved about there customer service. I called in and was connected to Mr. Ricardo Anthony. I explained to Mr. Ricardo about my situation, what type of car I was interested in and how much many I had to put down. I expressed to Mr. Ricardo if he didn't think he could get the deal done please don't waste my time, Mr. Ricardo said Ms. Douglas I believe I can get this done for you, I got you! I filled out the credit application online and he called about a hour later with the deal for my new car. Mr. Ricardo didn't try to push a car on me I didn't want he worked on what I wanted. Mr. Ricardo and Mr. Patrick continued to work on a lower interest rate, car note I was comfortable with paying and things I wanted in my new vehicle. Thank Mr. Ricardo and Mr. Patrick part of The Rick Hendrick Chevrolet team for working hard to get my deal done for my New 2021 Chevy Malibu RS Black Cherry.

Disaster!

Hands down one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had the process of dealing with! This dealership advertises one price on the website and when you get there they will not honor the price as they claim that they have to put on the "Add-Ons" which bring it back up to MSRP price whether you want it or not. We called them prior to our arrival and told them exactly what we were looking for and the deal that was put together from the other dealership that we had visited and they said no problem we can make all of that happen. NOT the case. They wasted several hours of our time and then told us they had to make their money wherever they could. (This part of the conversation was recorded). They refused to honor their advertised price. Needless to say we walked out the door and then the Sales manager continued to blow up my phone and tell me I'm being unreasonable about the deal and I need to accept their offer. Asked to speak with the GM and the sales manager literally refused to let me talk with anyone else about these shady practices. Sad part is we were ready to do the deal today at the Advertised price.
