Great experience

Loved my experience here

I went in to buy a car and our associate Eric Moon could not have made it any more smooth. There were some bumps and swerves, and being told by a manager that I was wasting my time, but Eric was there with a smile on his face the whole time. He felt bad for us while were going through the process, even though it had nothing to do with him. He was a real trooper. Also, he is a new associate. He told me that he had only been there for a about 2 weeks. He was very professional and courteous. He helped us pick out our 2019 Cherolet Cruze and I love it so much. Thank you to Eric Moon, John Morris, and Colton Behrie for making this a great experience.

Bought a new Equinox in 2010 and have loved the car. The conscientious service from Justin Lester in the Service Dept. has always been on-point and very helpful. When it was time for a new car, I worked with Raquel Hatcher and she did a great job of giving us all the time we needed to discuss the options, listening to what I wanted and didn't want, and letting us make the decisions with no pressure.

Great experience

Last month we purchased a Mini cooper and we couldn't be happier with the service from Raquel. She went above and beyond to make sure that we happy with the vehicle that we were purchasing. She was eager to answer any questions that we had and was so friendly. Sedrick who we dealt with for financing was also wonderful. He was quick and made the whole process easy to understand. We will definitely go back to Rick Hendrick next time we purchase another vehicle.

Infiniti G37x

I purchased a vehicle on Saturday. Say in the dealership all day. Signed paperwork but did not get to take the vehicle home. I was advised the vehicle can’t be sold until it is inspected. Didn’t I just buy the car? I was advised pick up Monday. No pick up of car. I was then advised Wednesday. Vehicle was “ready” but not ready. The vehicle also had NO gas in it. At all. Gas light ON. Sales person put $14 of gas in from his own pocket but he put the wrong gas in the car. The car only takes premium gas. Took vehicle home and it shook violently at top speeds. Brought it back to the dealership again on Thursday to pick up after work same day. No pick up. Service person responsible decided to leave for the day without contacting waiting customers. Since I had not been advised and no one returned my calls or emails, I took an Uber to the dealership from work and their service team did not have my car ready and knew nothing about it. After a discussion about my disappointment with the dealership, I was promised a call the next day and a car wash inside and out as the original wash upon purchase was done very poorly. The promise was also Not met. No call at 10am as promised. I cleared my schedule at work to take the call only not to recieve one at all. I returned the vehicle to the dealership Again the next day Friday day 6. The vehicle was finally repaired. The finance manager Colton was rude. On day 1 he behaved himself as I was not alone. I actually had a friend of similar decent to him there with me. No rude comments while she was there. It was only the days after sales when the issues became apparent that he became rude when I voiced my concerns. He looked down on me due to my financial situation, he stated “this is not a charity” as I asked for Gas and floor mats. These are things I am Not entitled to in a used car. This is news to me. Everything listed on the sales window sticker was also not included in the car but I was charged for them and the vehicle was valued based on this info. So single black female profiled and insulted by finance for NO Reason. I insured a vehicle at a Very high rate for a week and I did not have possession of the vehicle. I paid for Uber and lost time from work for a car I hadn’t even taken home and enjoyed. I am so disappointed with this dealership for allowing this to happen. I did nothing to this man. I gave them business and they put me down, insulted me, left me without, inconvenienced me several times and cost me time from work and Uber.

Awesome service!!

They were wonderful and accommodating! Love the service and my new car! They were patient and efficient! Clean environment and comfortable lounge while you wait. I highly recommend go to get any vehicle off there lot!

False advertisement

False advertising of vehicle price they advertise 46K after test drive salesman went to his mama and came back with 56K bill of sale so we walked out
