I went into Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth, GA in March of 2025 to have repairs done on my 2012 Cruze and just could not deal with anymore repair costs on that car (it was a faithful car up until 100,000 miles); so while waiting on my car to be repaired, I went into the sales department to explore my options of getting a new vehicle and I met salesman Robert Williamson who was very mild mannered and sought to do everything possible for me to have a new car. I looked at many cars but I fell in love with the Crimson Trax RS. Both Robert Williamson (Salesman) and Jermil Dennis (Financial Person) worked with me for hours to enable me to have a new vehicle and at the close of the day, I was able to drive out of there with my 2025 Chevy Trax RS. Robert also took the time to show me how everything works in the car.
