Review of working with Danny Fronzak and Scott Becker I met both of them when we did my Airbag recall. I now have 246,000 miles on my 2007 Silverado. Scott did a full inspection of my truck and made a list of what I need done. Danny and Scott took me out and showed the leaks I had underneath. Danny and Scott took the list and put it in the order thing needed to be done. Danny has work with me to get the list done, not putting any pressure on me. I have and am very happy working with Danny. Danny has WON my business going forward to Hendricks.

Pricing on-line on their website was at MSRP. I reached out for for car availability & final pricing. PROS: - They got back with me rather quickly - Without a lot of fuss, they said they'd email me their dealer package (can't remember exact phrasing) - They emailed me in a timely manner CON: - The markup was over $5K for their "Hendrick Signature Plus which is added to all new cars" That's about 18% of the asking price! I know the market is nuts today (March 2023), but wow... I'm glad they were up front; wish I saw that on the website & saved us both a call & email. I know other dealers will wait until you've made the trip TO their location to learn something like that, which is deplorable. So thanks for your transparency, but I'll shop elsewhere.
