Math don't lie

so with there up front prices, thought it was good deal! I got a car for under 8grand, now I have 14 grand in debt? With a down payment.. that doesn't sound right, in any way shape or form.

We received excellent service.

It has been years since my wife, and I have purchased a vehicle. Blaze, our salesman, was friendly and was helpful in picking out the truck was saw advertised on a website. Blaze made the whole process of buying a used vehicle painless and effortless. My only critique would be if the salespeople explain the difference between AWD and 4X4 equipped trucks. We are very satisfied with our used Ford F-150. The drive from Idaho was worth the deal and quality of the truck we received.

Warranty

Never again. Having an issue with my engine light coming off and on. I hadvi had scoped at auto zone being a holiday and their shop was closed. I brought the truck and showed them and they refused to do anything about it until they saw the light on. Wanted me to leave it for a few days so they could drive it. They don't do rentals so im suppose to get a rental. They need to make it right. Shouldn't matter if it was scoped somewhere else honor the warranty. Im trading it I at another dealer. Thanks.

Beware of discrimination!

I came into Low Book sales looking to see one particular car, which was posted on their website, as being in Lindon, Utah. I met a salesperson who I asked about the car. He did not seem to know about the car and went to find it, he even went to speak to his boss about it. He treated me like I had business in this store. Then he came back saying the car was in SLC. I asked him are you sure? I told him it was posted as being in Lindon. He just blew me off and said the car is in SLC. I asked him where in SLC. He just swiftly spoke the address, he did not even write it down. I told him I saw that there was a way to have the vehicle brought to my home for a test drive etc. He said people never do that, he acted like I had asked him some stupid thing. He said it too expensive and gave me the name of some 3rd party business that does that and said you'll have to contact them. Once again not writing anything down. So, I walked out. Feeling like I was being discriminated against because of my age, like I was stupid. I drove all the way to SLC low book sales. I walked into the exact same design of the building in Lindon, Utah. I spoke to another salesman. I asked him about the car I was looking for and low and behold the exact same story, the car is not here! I was beyond upset!!! The salesman in SLC was decent to me and went looking to find the car. He made phone calls and finally after 30 minutes was able to tell me the car was in Lindon!!! I felt like a was being abused and taken in as joke and a fool at my expense. He took my name. He asked what he could do for me. I told him I really would like the car driven to my house so I could test drive it. He said, "That it reasonable given what has happened. He said he would drive down to Saratoga spring with the car himself, he was sincere. I drove home without looking at the car and wasting my whole day in horrible traffic unnecessarily. And this is a store committed to service??? I got a phone call from the salesman who treated so coldly in Lindon. He said he was sorry for the mix up! Really, he had no idea how ludicrous he sounded, MIX UP! He wanted to know when I was coming in tomorrow? I am asking why he did not like me, why was I the brunt of his inability to do his job, like the salesman said in SLC, all it would have taken was a few minutes doing a proper search to see the car was actually there in Lindon. I never got a call from the general manager or anything like that. So, I ask what is wrong with this dealership? Did I walk into an entitled upish self centered world, where anyone who doesn't match there expection of a customer is ridiculed and run around the state of Utah on a wild goose chase??

Great experience

We want to thank the team at the Low Book Sales Dealership in Lindon, especially Kim B., for making our experience great. We started with a competitor in Sandy whose people were not helpful of professional at all, we’re glad we called Low Book Sales.

Inappropriate Profanity

I have always had a good experience here, however while I was in the building on this occasion I heard multiple employees in a conversation on the sales floor. They were using all sorts of profanity and being derogatory. Not very professional at all, especially when there is a kid room 15 feet away from where they were

Lowbook service is a SCAM !

I took my truck to the service department in Salt Lake, with low book sales as a VRRAP voucher vehicle. I discovered when low book went to my vehicle and replace part of the transmission that was throwing, the only code up, they said they replace that part, but I was throwing up different codes and so the county would not cover the cost. I was not told in any way that the cost would be on my shoulders since it did not pass inspection. James tried to sound like he was doing me a favor, charging me “only” $410 to get my vehicle back from them. So along with my $1200 car rental bill since they kept my vehicle over a week before they told me I was responsible for the payment. I now have a $400 bill with Lowbook service Which I have to pay before they’ll return my vehicle, which is in worse shape than it was before.

Chris Bettinger is awesome to work with!

Chris Bettinger was absolutely amazing and got my daughter into a car! She has no credit at all, and was able to get her in without a co signer and didn’t even have to go through the credit rebuild program, which saved about 100 a month. Great Job and thank you so much!
