As ALWAYS - EXCELLENT!! Service dept is always spot on and honest about the service and cost of each service needed. I have purchased several vehicles from Hayes Chevrolet in Baldwin GA in the past. No matter what, I take my vehicle there for servicing.

Replaced oil sending unit

I paid over $500 to have the oil sending unit changed. $120 of that charge was for the diagnostic check, which requires removal of the oil sending unit and inserting a pressure gauge to measure oil pressure. All labor, no parts involved. There was another $270+ labor charge associated with the installation of a new oil sending unit. Entire process from diagnostics to replacing sending unit was less than 2 hours! Absolutely disappointed in the cost associated with this repair and the burdened labor rate at Hayes is excessive to say the least.

My 2014 cruze

This site has been working on my car since I moved to the area, oil changes and tires. But now my engine light is on, they replaced one place that they said would take care of the problem, it didn?t. When back the day after I picked it up and that fixed it again, the light came back on before I got home and I stay 10 min. away. I have called to my an appointment to bring it back in, I had leave message. I have been waiting for a callback from someone every since. I have always taken my car back to the dealer for repairs and have never been treated this way, not even by a dealer.

About $5000 later and more than 3 weeks without a car (bumming rides from friends), I may have my car back. Called Hayes and they weren't very helpful. There are not enough amazing things to say about the Hayes family dealerships and their staff. This was our second purchase from the Hayes Family and every single part of the deal was amazing. First off, their doc fees are hands down the lowest in north Georgia. They charge what it cost them to do them to do the work. They even worked with us on these fees to get the deal done. The staff is amazing! We worked with Matt and Kyle and can't begin to thank them enough for everything they did for us. Most of all... their sales management staff do not sit in some isolated bubble and appear to judge you from afar like most dealers. They are right there with the sales staff. They came over and worked with the salesperson to finalize the deal. They were super friendly! We talked about our kids and their activities... shared photos of them. It felt like we were dealing with friends and were catching up on what we've missed over the last month or two. I know this has been a long post but we have found a dealer for life! We will always go back to the Hayes Family and their staff. We couldn't be happier with our 2020 Chevrolet Traverse LT!!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Honest knowledgeable service dept.

I never write reviews, but this one is too good to pass. This is a grade A for their service. Haley, who is very knowledgeable, caring and friendly. She spoke with the service dept. and they knew what was wrong before we ever came in. Fixed us up right away and helped to educate us on how things work with our car. Found my Service Dept! This company is too good not to share. I might have to wait a little longer after the word gets out, but they are worth the wait.
