Needed a transmission.

Needed a transmission. Called all around and checked the dealership last bc they are usually the highest price and longest wait. To my surprise I was incorrect on both count. Alec gave me best deal and awesome warranty and start to finish 3 days !!

We really enjoyed and appreciated working with our sales

We really enjoyed and appreciated working with our sales professional Braden Hensley. Braden and his team helped us refine our choice of vehicles to match our needs, got us a fair deal, and made it easy to close. Our kudos to Braden and the Hayes Chevrolet Buick team for making this a very good experience. We are delighted with our GMC truck, and highly recommend this dealership for their low pressure, consultative approach.

Hayes Chevrolet

As ALWAYS - EXCELLENT!! Service dept is always spot on and honest about the service and cost of each service needed. I have purchased several vehicles from Hayes Chevrolet in Baldwin GA in the past. No matter what, I take my vehicle there for servicing.

Replaced oil sending unit

I paid over $500 to have the oil sending unit changed. $120 of that charge was for the diagnostic check, which requires removal of the oil sending unit and inserting a pressure gauge to measure oil pressure. All labor, no parts involved. There was another $270+ labor charge associated with the installation of a new oil sending unit. Entire process from diagnostics to replacing sending unit was less than 2 hours! Absolutely disappointed in the cost associated with this repair and the burdened labor rate at Hayes is excessive to say the least.

My 2014 cruze

This site has been working on my car since I moved to the area, oil changes and tires. But now my engine light is on, they replaced one place that they said would take care of the problem, it didn?t. When back the day after I picked it up and that fixed it again, the light came back on before I got home and I stay 10 min. away. I have called to my an appointment to bring it back in, I had leave message. I have been waiting for a callback from someone every since. I have always taken my car back to the dealer for repairs and have never been treated this way, not even by a dealer.

About 4 months after buying a 2019 car, found that many

About 4 months after buying a 2019 car, found that many items were cracked and leaking oil into parts that should have oil. About $5000 later and more than 3 weeks without a car (bumming rides from friends), I may have my car back. Called Hayes and they weren't very helpful. Since buying it I have been told that their used cars usually end up this way. So, now we know and want others to know as well.
