Poor Service and Unkept Promises I purchased a 2024 Ford

Poor Service and Unkept Promises I purchased a 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning from this dealer, an $87K truck, and expected high-quality service and promises to be kept. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The sales team seemed great and the purchase process was smooth. However, their follow-through was abysmal. There was a slight crack in the new dashboard, which I asked to be fixed. I also purchased a paint protection plan and ceramic coating. Despite assurances, the "ceramic coating" turned out to be a detail spray, not the real deal. I have over 13 years of detailing experience and can attest to the poor quality. Despite my complaints and their agreement to fix it, nothing was done. I also purchased mud flaps for installation. They installed only 2 out of 4 and charged me twice for both the installation and the items. Despite keeping my truck for over a week, waiting on parts, they did nothing and failed to update me. I had to call them each time for updates. Months later, and the promised parts have not arrived. I feel deceived by this major dealer. They know how to lure you in but fail to honor their commitments. Do not to rely on their promises. Avoid their ceramic coat options – it’s a scam. Despite my respectful and patient approach, I received the runaround and lack of communication. I have all receipts to prove my claims. Buy elsewhere and pray you don't need their service center.

Traded my 2022 Maverick for a 2025 Maverick XLT, was

Traded my 2022 Maverick for a 2025 Maverick XLT, was promised the vehicle today n now itll be at least another week to 10 days, no word on the topper yet, disappointed in my trade value n them not giving on the new price either, this will be my only vehicle for my retirement
