It is always scary buying a used vehicle but Jeff made the experience amazing! He was honest, let us take the truck for our own private inspection and went over and beyond to address all of our concerns. This brother due are the gold standard for customer service and we would buy more vehicles from them in the future if the need arises. No haggle, honest people. We love the truck and it passed all inspections!

Very friendly family run business with fair prices. I was very happy with my vehicle purchase and would not hesitate to buy from them again. The purchase process was the quickest I have ever had (less than 30 min).

I live in Michigan and purchased a vehicle recently, sight unseen. Jeff was very pleasant to work with. I had the car delivered and found it just as he described. I think I got an exceptional value. The vehicle was delivered to my house earlier than promised.

I reached out to this dealer twice now through the cars.com app and did not receive a reply.

Traveled over 300 miles too see a vehicle that was way overpriced for the condition it was in.. several thousands over priced. Driver Door would not open after being shut, driver window would not work, driver seat would not move back nor forward (electrical) Needed shock absorbers, inner tierods and boots.. would need inlignment after all is replaced spark plugs (tune up). Right high beam would not work. bottom of block had caked on red clay which is known to cause the engine and or other mechanical components to over heat due to not being able to breath properly. That particular clay is extremely hard to remove if it has sat for a period of time. Good thing is it had regular oil changes it had and new brake pads no accidents. Basically the truck was/is a death trap (door alone). First I was told that the vehicle was in great shape, after returning from taking it to a mechanic for a pre purchase inspection I let them know and showed them the inspection results done by a certified mechanic at a local near by shop.. they then tried to explain to me that it’s normal wear and tear. 🤷‍♂️ I didn’t come all this way to buy a problem/project. After doing research (a lot of) I found out that particular truck in the shape it’s in would go for $8000.00 11 at its highest. Basically if you are looking to buy a vehicle hear I strongly suggest to do a pre purchase inspection before any deals are finalized. I did not want to write such a negative review being that they may not have known any of these problems when purchasing this truck at the auction “they bought it as is, now they are trying to sell it as is” 🤷‍♂️ Bad bad bad experience Like I said thousands over priced.. like 6 grand over.

I purchased a truck from them in january 2022, unfortunatly the truck broke down on my way home, it first started with a coolant leak. after my mechanic fixed the leak he noticed the truck was getting a lot of missfires and no codes coming out, they had already replaced fuel bump, and catallic comberters( which the old ones were super burned out) this was now a month later after i had purchased the truck and yet after doing all that work it still didnt run right.... called motorsource to let them know what had happen with it. they were aware that it broke down since day 1 of driving it.. we both agreed that the vehicle needed more work and decided to bring it back to motorsource.. it was a really bad experience at first but these guys understood that the truck was bad or needed work to be sold and we were able to replace it for another truck that would work and didnt have any issues.. Over all experience was great.. these guys were super honest about the situation and were willing to help another business owner with their bussiness needs.. HIGHLY recomend.

This guys sold me a truck 1 month ago, on my way home from their dealer the truck broken and left me in the middle of the way and I had to pay towing, as for today is time that the truck still not working and nobody can fix it. DO NO BUY FROM THEM they are scammers!!!!!

My dad and I went here on Saturday to look at a couple trucks. They basically gave us the run of the place and left us alone while we inspected the trucks we were interested in. They offered to let us test drive any vehicle we wanted. Everyone here was super nice and they don't pressure you to buy. They still didn't pressure us to buy even after we had decided that we weren't going to purchase on Saturday yet. All of the trucks that I viewed here were rust free trucks.

Replaced 25 year old work truck with a 5 year old F-250. These guys gave me a great deal, and allowed me to take the truck to my mechanic before I bought it. Checked out great.
