If I could give 0 Stars out of 5, I would. This was an experience I would like to forget and have a do over and purchase a vehicle somewhere else. I bought my 2014 Chevy in September, when I test drove the vehicle I wrote down everything I saw, heard, and felt wrong with the vehicle(I have personal experience working on vehicles). I was promised by Joe that everything would be take care of if I agreed to purchase the vehicle. After some time, I agreed. Nothing was fixed on this vehicle. Needed brakes? Not done, I had to replace them because the rear were metal on metal. Parking brake needed fixed? Not fixed, even after taking it back under warranty and being told the part was ordered. Well it's been 2 months now and they won't answer my calls about the part. Needed new rotors? Just sanded them down, not replaced. Loud exhaust? Still loud. Interior needed fixed? "Can't fix Interior items" Serpentine belt, pulleys need replaced? on my 3rd belt now, ordering my own parts. This place is a joke, my wife felt uncomfortable around the gentlemen there. And they were unprofessional. They have a motto, "A happy customer tells 3 people, an unhappy customer tells 300" Well I want to tell 3,000 people due to this experience. This was an experience I will remember and I will not be returning.

Audi S8 many expensive issues

Bought a 2016 Audi S8 sight unseen as I live in Cincinnati. My sales guy did a decent job pointing out a couple of rock chips and a wheel scuff. Unfortunately when it arrived via their delivery driver the check engine light was on and I noticed a bad sidewall bulge on the passenger side Michelin tire. Luckily I made it in the Discount tire to have it replaced ($505). Then I went to open the sunroof and got a horrific grinding noise. Audi fixed it for $1234.75. I left Micheal the Owner a VM with all these issues and after a week or so he said to send him the receipts for the repairs. I emailed him everything three weeks ago and it's been crickets since. Meanwhile, I'm out $1800 for the repairs and getting the check engine light reset. I was very clear that I need everything listed that mechanically wasn't right since I'm buying out of state so this was a huge disappointment and a bad buying experience. .

Please don't buy from here. A true warning.

Never buy a car from this place. They sold me a car that has so many problems, and they kept saying everything was "Guaranteed" but didn't handle anything. They lied about every single thing they told me. I have been buying cars for close to 25 years, and I've had some good experiences and some not so good experiences, but every dealership I've ever been to has at least tried to make it right or even worth it, not these guys they are the absolute worst. If your thinking about buying a car from there, I would truly tell to stay away from there and go somewhere else.

Please don't buy from here. A true warning.

Never buy a car from this place. They sold me a car that has so many problems, and they kept saying everything was "Guaranteed" but didn't handle anything. Is this place really 4.7 starts?

Went to buy a Cadillac ATS from Jason, drive 2 hours, drove the car. Prior to going he told me the car had a “wrap on it” turns out it was just spray painted black matte, which had paint runs on the trunk. Said the engine light was on because spark plugs weren’t OEM. Tire pressure light was just a faulty sensor. Seemed to drive fine, what was never expressed was it has been wrecked twice, both times airbags were deployed. Once to the passenger back side, one front end damage. And the transmission had to be replaced. It was until my financial institution told me about it was I aware. I gave almost 3k down, had to drive back to get my money back. I went back and he offered me a warranty, no thanks. He said he would get it financed through one of their lenders. Again, no. It’s been wrecked significantly at least twice, the airbags can’t be guaranteed functional especially since he wanted to sell “AS IS” I had high hopes considering the other reviews were so positive. Now I just wonder if the negative ones are deleted. Either way, 0/10. Honestly was nonexistent and I’m so disappointed.

Jeep Rubicon

We had a great experience at Car Connection! My husband and I have been looking for a black on black Jeep Rubicon. We found a few on Cars.com and compared. Car Connection had the best price for the year and miles. Jason, Mike, Joe and Patty in were great to work with us. We live out of state in WV and my husband is working in NY as a nurse during covid. We were able to make the deal and write everything up over the phone which made it easy for my husband and I. It was a 4 hour drive to pick up the Jeep, and we are extremely happy with out purchase. I would recommend Car Connection to all my friends. Great atmosphere and everyone made us feel like family.

The best experience buying a vehicle

My wife and I were looking online to purchase a newer truck than our 2008 which we had for over 11 years. We were looking for the same make and model we currently had. After looking for over a month at several dealers online, it came down to two. We called both dealers, but the only one to respond was Mike from car connections. With the Covid virus happening, Mike and I were communicating via phone and text. Once we were able to visit his dealership, Mike made us feel welcome without any pressure to purchase. We went there with an open mind, and Mike and staff were very helpful. When it was all said and done, we purchased a great truck at an awesome deal. Can't say enough about the owner Mike, and his finance mgr Joe, this was the easiest no pressure experience my wife and I ever had purchasing a vehicle!!! Great People at Car Connections

Sold to friend of employee

Drove too look at a truck. I said it needed some work. Got a call the next morning with the list of the work they were gonna do and told I'd hey a call to drive again buy. Next call was sorry got sold to an employee's friend. Never ask for anything too hold it. Just told they would get it inspected then call us to test drive again. Dont like wasting my time on stuff like this. Not impressed at all. No better prices than a simple search on the internet.

Great Experience

Purchased a truck from the owner Mike. Truck looked just like the pictures. Mike gave me a good trade in value and a great rate. Even after I signed the initial paperwork they were able to get me an even better rate before I picked up the truck. The car selection and willingness to work with you will definitely make me look here first for my next car.
