I just went in to look at their selection to see price wise what I wanted to spend. I ended up buying a dodge dart practically brand new. Jim and oberto were excellent help and I wasn't pressured into buying something which is a plus.

Received the Best service from everyone here !!! They handled Everything including Title transfer. Registration Inspection full check over entire car and even changed the plates for me. Kept me in Price Range and couldn't have asked for. !!!! Thank you for Everything Jim Bouras 👍 You are Awesome 😀

I worked with James at the dealership. I found a BMW I really wanted. I sent in the standard form online. James contacted very prompt and professionally through text. After a few minor text negotiations we came to a price agreement. I picked up the car a few days later and could not be happier. James and the owner thanked me and I was on my way. I've been searching for a car to buy the past month and came across the High-Line Group and decided to pay them a visit. From the very moment I stepped out on their lot, I was greeted and treated better than any other dealership I'd had the experience of going to. The people working here really seemed interested in giving me the best deal possible while providing me with a car that met all of my needs and wants. I ended up buying a Toyota Camry and they went above and beyond in providing me with an experience that required little effort/work on my end. They really did all the work and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line and the next day I was ready to drive. Clean interior, oil changed, car inspected, new sticker, all documents in hand. They took all the anxiety and worry out of buying a car. I was very much blown away by how attentive and concerned they were with meeting my requirements. James did a fantastic job! He really worked with me in addressing the very minor issues I had. I picked up my car and it looked like new. I absolutely recommend The High-Line Group. They pay a great deal of attention towards maintaining the quality of all of their cars from what I had seen. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat. If you're looking to buy a car I would recommend stopping by or taking a look at their inventory online. They most likely will be the first and last place you need to look to buy a car. I was very happy with the dealership and the sales man. I was buying a 5k car from a very high end dealership. They treated me like I was buying a 50k car. Only negative because they are a busy dealership there were people waiting to be assisted, they do not have s seating area and a receptionist there to greet you and keep you updated in the wait time would have been great

The manager John Fotopopolus e-mailed me to set up a test drive. I replied with questions about the vehicle including an open recall with no remedy. No reply after day. Obviously no interested in any buyer who is an informed consumer.

Great job by everyone I dealt with. From ownership to sales to finance people to techs. Traded in got an excellent value for my vehicle. The car I went to look at and ended up purchasing was even nicer than stated in the ad. Low pressure courteous and professional all the way around. Will recommend to friends and buy there again....5 stars

I called on a Sunday and John answered, listened and understood my needs quickly. That week he had everything set up for me and fit my busy schedule. The entire team was very helpful (still are), caring and responsive. The process was made very simple and efficient!
