Untrustworthy and dysfunctional.

Untrustworthy and dysfunctional. The next day the text from Nuka reads "still looking for that new ride?" It's been 1 day. I inquired about a Mercedes C450 and the guy sends me a video of a C300 Mercedes with a credit app to fill out. Then they lost my message and he has the gall to say "call me." Talk about a lack of professionalism and entitlement. No inspection report nor a reconditioning report. I have to re-state my offer and he says too low when they have not sunk a dime into the car. On New Years eve, I received a text message from Nuka who proceeded to heckle and accuse me of using curse words in my review On Google Maps listing. Utter Lunacy and absurd. This is the low level of mentality at this dealer. What they desire is a less discerning buyer who is naive enough to trust them with a car out of warranty. I personally will never do business with a dealership, including this one, who has not sunk a dime into a car and just wants to flip as it is with no evidence the car was inspected. These types of dealers are repulsive. They play parlor games and only want to maximize profit and burden customers. They offer no real value. Don't waste your time with this dealer. Clearly just flipping cars without reviewing condition and do nothing.

Buyer beware of who you purchase a car from

Purchas a truck from luxury cars of atlanta in Snellville paid $16,500 cash by me not knowing to ask for car fax I did notice the sellsman mention that there will not be no deals on price, well I did notice that this truck had some mentor repairs on it but had to later trade it in because I only had it just 7 months before the engine gave me problem which cost me $2500 2013 ram truck 5.7 hemi engine sucks, once I traded in the truck the new dealership saw that this truck had been in serval accidents in which the value of it wasn't the best price, it only value at $9000, so if you are looking to buy a vehicle from Luxury cars of atlanta ask to see the real car fax or write down the vin number to make sure what the blue book value is and look for how many times that vehicle has been sold. Also i had to learn this from my mistake don't purchase a car with them without doing a deal if they refuse to do a deal walk away.

THE ABSOLUTE WORSE

Worth the trip from sales to finance 100% the best

Called from Augusta Georgia and was inquiring about a Chrysler 300s and they looked out and helped me get into the exact car we wanted and for an incredible price. Unlike all dealerships they are 100 percent up front in everything you don't go expecting one things and get hit with surprises. The finance manager helped me out more than I could ever have imagined and was unexpectedly the upmost honest person I've ever dealt with and fron the minute you get to the lot till when you leave I guarantee you will feel like they want you there and am just not an annoyance like every other place we looked. Everyone from sales to finance made us feel like your leaving there for the best price with the absolute best customer service all around. I can't thank them enough and would recommend to anyone to deal with them. The 2 andba half hour drive was more than worth it and I will be buying from them again and their selection has something for everyone in any price guide your trying to stay in. And their cars are badass with something for everyone

One of my BEST buys.

There's a young saleslady name Lachelle , very professional and will make sure you are satisfy with your selection. Highly recommend her and i will buy from there again because of the service. i bought a PORSCHE 911 TURBO.

Customer service horrible and unprofessional

This was the worst experience ever. Firstly, the sales lady at the Snellville location Laverne Anthony was very rude with my fiancé and very unprofessional using curse words. She kept telling him the car that he was approved for sold although he told her he was on the way. She kept giving him the run around and going in circles. Off rip she was informed or aware that I had a 10k down payment and still kept fumbling the ball. Never ever again.

Terrible "Dealership"

I hope no one ever buys a car from here or has the experience I had. They sold me a vehicle that needed $6k worth of repairs. They did not tell me any of this before hand. I purchased from out of state. After I paid for it to be delivered I took it do an actual dealership that inspects it's vehicles prior to selling them and told me the issues; need entire rear suspension, needed brakes and rotors, oil leak, no rear A/C, and quite a few others. None of these issues were expressed prior to purchase. The dealership said try to return this vehicle as it is not work the $6k to fix. Dealership said no and it wasn't their problem they sold an unsafe vehicle. Way to take care of Service Members who serve your country.

I bought this car from out of state, so i had to trust the dealership to send photos and information on the vehicle. They said it was good and nice. I paid $500 out of my own pocket to have it shipped and when it was taken to an actual dealership to get inspected; $6k. They said try and return this vehicle, there is a lot needed. Dealership said “not our problem”. Mind you the wife and i have a new born and told them we wanted a bigger safe vehicle. This vehicle needed brakes and rotors as the vehicle could barely stop! My wife and I are both active duty service members, you’d think they would at least inform us it had no brakes or needed $6k of work. Now we have to go more into debt and trade it in!
