Satisfied customer

This company did its best in working within my budget. When a problem became apparent they were quick to lookinto the problem and come up with a solution and with getting the repairs scheduled. Ryan is a great asset and very personable. Thanks DC MOTORS.

Wasn't impressed

I looked online first and found the car was listed in two different places with two different prices. i sent a request to check availability and never received anything back.My husband and I went to look at it. We had to walk in to find someone to help us. When we asked about the car we saw online we were asked if we were paying cash or financing, our response was it depends on the price. We were told $2000 more than what was listed on there website and $3000 more than what was on cars.com so when I mentioned it he told me he would honor it because he found it when he searched too. We took the car for a test drive the gas light was on. breaks squealed my husband and I traded places so we could both drive it and there was a teddy gram on the running board that had been there a while when we came back from our test drive and let the person know he just said oh ok and didn't seem to interested in selling us a car.

Non Response

I submitted a request about a vehicle, thru Cars.com, but the dealer never replied to my request. I'm not sure how the information is forwarded to the dealer, but a non-responses are real bad for business...

A great place to buy a car. We bought TWO cars!!!

My husband wanted a new car since his old one was falling apart. We shopped online and found a car he likes so we went to DC Motors to look at it. The sale person, Mike, was awesome. However, we had to work on the deals for about 2 days but finally got it. Before we got off the lot, I friendly and jokingly asked Ryan if he could get me anything lower than 20% interest that I was paying for my previous car. He said he could get me something way lower than that. I ended up trade-in & buying another car from them. So we bought the cars back to back!!! They are so awesome. Keep up good works guys....

A very nice purchasing experience

I saw an ad for a 2005 PT Cruiser GT on cars.com and called to find out if it was still available. It was and the salesman Thomas was very thorough on the phone and answered all the questions I had prior to driving from Monroe, Mi. to Toledo to look at it. When I got there, I was pleasantly surprised by how much *non* pressure there was and how friendly the the atmosphere was at the dealership. I took the car for a drive, drove out fine, everything about the car was fine and I bought it cash on the spot. If you are looking for a dealership that values you as a customer, I highly recommend visiting DC Motors or City Wide.

Bought my car from drew he sold me, got me a good deal, had one little issue with the vehicle jimmy and his mechanics took care of it in a timely manner, I'm pleased, it's been a few months since I bought the truck and it's doing great thank you guys. I sent. A few friends there as well and there vehicles are good, I will keep sending my friends there highly recommended.
