Oxendale gets my vote. Third new vehicle and always a professional staff . Always have gone above and beyond to meet our Automotive needs. With our busy... schedule oxendale has picked up and delivered cars and documents which speaks volumes for their dedication to a customer who lives 75 miles away.

I was looking for just the right truck to pull my trailer and Ron showed my wife and I the truck that fit our needs exactly. Great job on the Financing... as they found a rate competitive with my Credit Union! I will be back for my next truck!

I had my Jeep Rubicon in the Sedona area for some 4 wheeling and torn the front shock bracket off the left front. I was desperate to have it fixed quick... to get back on the trails so I tried out the techs at Oxendale Jeep. Josh was a master welder who new his stuff and fixed it perfectly after fabricating a new bracket for me. He went on to strengthen the other side. This guy is a wizard! Then Billy came over and gave the jeep a complete walk around and found a loose sway bar link and two bolts that had been installed backward and gouging the rear shocks. This guy is better than any crew chief of a race team! I would rate these guys in the top ten of the whole US. Living in the Los Angeles area I may have to drive to Cottonwood AZ for all my service in the future. Oxendale Jeep is the best!

These guys don't walk you through the finance papers at all, in fact they have a last minute rush game that hastens you through the financial documents,... and you're so excited to get the car, and they're closing, and you trust these guys, (DON'T). If I'd known 'the facts', had I not been rushed, had I not trusted what I was getting into, had I made sure I made them review the document with me, as any ethical sales agent would do, I would not have struck this deal. I wish I'd paid the extra money, driven the extra 50 miles to Prescott, and bought a Toyota Sienna. I liked the idea of buying locally, and of being able to get service locally. But, "Because we're small town, we'll have to order parts." "Because we're small town, we don't have loaners." Right off the lot, the window locks don't work, and we have need for those, the daytime running lights don't work correctly, so now I'm looking at carving out time/money from my life to get the vehicle in for them to diagnose, time for the part to come, carving out time from my life to get a ride there to get the car back. My beef is: the vehicle itself, and the way it was sold to me. I was wanting the white one, Crash switched it to Granite, told me, "You want this one", but in terms of the trim package options, which were not explained in the least, this one is base. I might have very easily afforded a better package, but now I realize they just wanted to sell me That car, for whatever reason, perhaps they had a buyer for the white one I was first shown. The 2017 Pacifica is not a good purchase. I'd recommend Toyota, a nice American made vehicle, (yes, it's made in America, by Americans), as opposed to something made in Canada by Fiat, The most unreliable car made, according to the 2017 J D Power vehicle dependability rating. The Pacifica user controls are inferior, not at all intuitive like Toyota. "Cruise control" is not, on even a slight downward incline it doesn't wake up till it's 'at least' 7mph over what you set, and then you have to apply the brakes or the engine revs very high, not what one could call 'cruise control'. Maybe the hybrid Pacifica would have real cruise control, like the Toyota, but this is token cruise control. The lack of concealable storage is egregious; there is one small storage compartment, and the glove compartment. Concealable storage is important. There is a complete waste of space between the front seats; where other vehicles have consoles, storage, this one has what amounts to a side table. The entire space below the 'table' is open, whereas it could easily have been storage. Again, Crash didn't take the time to explain the options available to me, this one is lacking, maybe a more expensive package would have better storage. But It would still be an inferior auto to what I'm used to. These are things you don't get to know in a short test ride with a smarmy car salesman beside you. If I'd had a chance to drive this vehicle overnight, I would not have made this purchase. And, I just have to add, when Crash took me out for a test drive, I noticed it was on empty, he didn't have his company card with him, so I put $5 in the gas tank to test drive the thing; he never offered to pay me back for that, that should have been a sign. He's lucky he had me there, he may not have made it back. This is one sleazy outfit, and one inferior product, but boy do they have a fancy building.

I was leaving for a long road trip the next day when my airbag light came on in my Jeep Wrangler. It was making the chime noise every few minutes! I frantically... called around looking for a dealership that could save the road trip be user there was no way I could handle the chime going off constantly for a weeks worth of driving across the country. Jessica in the service department was able to get the Jeep in the next morning and had he part in stock. The repair was the most efficient and exceptional service I have ever experienced in my life. They also shuttled me to and from my home in Sedona so I could keep being productive and not wait at the dealership! So awesome. Thank you

I went to see what the Oxendale Dodge Cottonwood, AZ for the people dealership was all about. I was looking at trucks when the salesman Chris came up and... asked if he could help. I started by asking what this new for the people thing was all about. He went to tell me that it is a new way a dealership will treat people. I asked him to explain what he means by that and he said they would not pressure, not take your keys and hold them, not take your licence and hold it etc... So went on to tell him what I was looking for and what I had to work with, my complete truth about everything that was happening with my credit etc. So he pointed me in the direction of this nice looking truck. I looked at the truck and decided it was nice and I wanted to know how much it was. He (Chris) told me with the way the dealership is they could not tell me how much the truck was unless I took it for a test drive. I was kinda taken back by this whole thing but I did take it for a test drive. While I was test driving the truck I asked him again what was the price of the truck. He replied that he did not know and he would have to ask his manager when we got back. Once we got back he told me I needed to fill out paperwork and take my keys for my trade in and have the manager look over the trade in. I told him I did not want to fill out a credit form just yet because I still did not know the price of the truck. He said that I had to do this to get the price and get everything moving. I knew I should have left right then,( but I did not) my fault. Well I filled out the paper work and give them the keys to my trade in. He asked me what I was willing to pay and what I wanted for my trade in. I gave him the numbers and he said that he would be right back. He finally came back and gave me the number on the truck and what they were willing to give me on my trade in. I asked for my keys to my trade in and he said he would be right back. Then another Chris (Manager) came in with paper work saying how much they would consider on my offer that I gave Chris before he left. I told that Chris that it was not in my finances to do that deal. I then asked for my keys again and he said he would be right back with my keys. He then came back again and gave me another offer and I still declined and said where are my keys. He left again and this time I went out to watch where he went. I could see it was in an office talking to someone. They kept talking at this point I was just over the whole deal and walked into the office and said as loud as I could where are my keys. He pulled them from his pocket and said he had one last deal he could make and I needed to take it today. I told him no and he just kept on, finally i just walked out. I get a phone call about 10 minutes after I get home from Chris (Manager) again trying to give me another deal. I told him how upset I was with everything that happened and he hung up on me. I called back and tried to get him on the phone and now he was to busy to help or talk to me. I then got transferred to Travis (Chris's Manager) he told me that he was sorry for what happened and then tried to sell me the truck for what I wanted in the first place to make up for all the bad business that happened before to save me as a customer. I turned it down and said that I was still going to let Matt Oxendale (Owner) know what happened while I was there. Four days later I get a call from Chris (Salesman) saying he was sorry about what happened but he seemed to be laughing about what took place. Whatever you do don't go there. NEVER go there.

If you want to purchase a car and then lie to your lender go buy a car here. If you do not have the full amount of the down payment the lender is asking... for Oxendale will set you up with a Promissory Note. The catch? You will be instructed to lie to your lender when they give you a welcome call. You must tell them you paid the down payment in full. While "paper deposits" are not illegal in Arizona they are unethical. Our lender found out about our deposit handled this way and pulled the loan. Then the finance manager was mad at us because we did not lie. I told them the truth because I forgot to lie. I am not in the habit of doing so. They say they are the dealer for the people and come across nice and wanting to help you get the car you want. By using the "paper deposit" scheme, they are loaning you funds to entice you to purchase a vehicle from them where they are the only ones benefiting from the transaction. They are not for the people at all, they are all for themselves. So, if you are a liar, go buy a car from them, you will fit right in.
