I called on Friday at 4 PM and got an appointment for

I called on Friday at 4 PM and got an appointment for 9:15 AM Monday. Took the car in because the engine light was on and the app said that it was the powertrain. Turned out it was an ignition coil and they also did my fuel injectors and oil change and had it ready by 6 PM. So far, so good! We did have a flat tire the next day, but it was a seal on the tire that I purchased somewhere else. Thank You! D. Anne Jones

The customer I received during my visit at Ray Skillman

The customer I received during my visit at Ray Skillman West Side Auto Mall was a high level experience! My car was serviced in the estimated time communicated when I first arrived in the service department. I was given a gift and hot cookies were available for all the customers as we waited.

Easy to make appointments. Exceptional and personable service at dealership. Always recommend the best ways to maintain my vehicle. I worked with Justin but I do not see him on the list. He is a fantastic service advisor.

My brakes, front and rear, were shot.

My brakes, front and rear, were shot. Brantly Batton got me right in at 8 a.m. without an appointment. Was told I'd be ready to go by noon to 1 pm. It was ready right on schedule. Receivced excellent service from my service advisor , Brantly Batton, and the brakes work great. Disappointed that Brantly's name and photo does not appear below.
