Wanted to reach out and thank Greg and Fred for giving me a goodwill warranty on a check engine light that came up right at the end of my warranty on bumper-to-bumper... coverage. Technically I had gone over the 36K miles, but had scheduled the appointment before I had gone over and they are honoring the repair under my warranty. The part is on back order but they cleaned my car in the meantime which really made my day! Thanks Tallahassee-Lincoln Ford for making this experience exceptional.

2019 F150, after 3000 miles, multiple warnings no cruise. Great sales dept. but......17 day delay for service. Poor customer service at best. Looking... elsewhere.

Billy was very patient in showing me multiple trucks that had the options I was looking for. When I chose a truck, he ran the figures through finance.... I put $10k down plus trade. The figures came back and all looked acceptable except the 7.99% finance rate. Billy said "the guy" did it at the highest rate but it would probably be better depending in my credit score. I went home to clean out my trade and returned an hour later to complete the deal. I got into finance with Matthew and he discloses the rate is an automatic 7.99% from Ford or all rebates are lost. Common sense tells me that everyone at Tallahassee Ford understands the programs based on sales volume. I don't have an issue with the truth however I DO have an issue when the full truth is not disclosed from the beginning. Then I'm told that I MUST give them a five star rating. I was also requested to please NOT payoff or refinance the truck for at least 90 days or Matthew would not get paid. Just poor ending to a decent presentation. The 20 year 200k warranty sold the truck.
We arrived at the dealership, drove the two vehicles we were interested in, and made our choice. We agreed on a price got financing, and drove it home.

Amanda was Instrumental in getting my 89 year old Dad back on the road while he was traveling from Panama City Beach to Cocoa Beach, FL with a 16' trailer... in tow. While on I-10 , his Ford 150 truck started to shake and shimmy ang the Engine warning lit up. He had to get off the highway, unhook the trailer and find a Ford dealership fast. When he got to Tallahassee Ford, he explained that he needed to get the truck fixed ASAP, and get back on the road with the trailer and drive another 6 hours to Cocoa Beach. She took him in and made sure that his Truck wes attended to and it was fixed in only a few hours. He was able to go back to where he had unhooked the trailer, hook it back up and he made it to his destination that evening. She saved him from having to stay in a hotel overnight, and he was able to make it to his Grandsons house that same day! He said that Amanda Walser was amazing and that he would recommend her to anyone needing service at Tallahassee Ford!
F150 brought in for recall and while there had some issues that I wanted addressed, however backup camera was and issue charged $195.00 master reset done... reconfigure. VERY next day backup camera did not work and I brought my vehicle back to dealership to show it was not working, mechanic and service writer witnessed it not working! Was told to return at a later date as I was leaving for out of town. In the meantime a part was ordered for my back seat two weeks later I called as I had not heard from dealership about part being in, however part was in and appt was made for camera and installation of back seat part. When all said and done I was notified via phone I needed a new camera charged $495.00 NO credit from previous visit concerning camera? Not 30 days or weeks, but next day brought back to verify camera not working and still NO credit of $195.00?
Warren, it sounds like the first software issue didn?t fix things. We agree that you should be refunded for your first repair. Can you give Greg, Serv...ice Manager, a call at 850.702.9390 so we can make it right?
I was pleased with car salesman. The finance officer was knowledgeable, and explained warrant options as well as purposes of documents signed. I would... recommend this dealership for purchase of Ford products.
