I had a GREAT car buying experience with Tallahassee

I had a GREAT car buying experience with Tallahassee Ford. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael Oliver jr, Shawn Revell, Mikey de Jesus and Richard McMullen. These people were very respectful, patience, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend doing business with Tallahassee Ford to anybody in the market wanting to purchase a variety types of vehicles. Michael Oliver was very patient with me, listened to all of my concerns, reassured that I was happy and content with my purchase and was very respectful throughout my whole purchase process. Tallahassee Ford has plenty of vehicles to choose from and their inventory is huge (new and used). The sales staff, used car sales director/manager and the service manager will relate to you and guide you through every steps with any questions and concerns you have especially, when it comes to working with the price of the vehicle. Tallahassee Ford was able to get me in the vehicle that I would’ve never thought of being able to afford and never would’ve foreseen myself driving but, thanks to my sales man (Michael Oliver jr) and the used car sales director/manager they were able to make it happen and they really do go above and beyond to earn your business. THANK YOU again Tallahassee Ford and to all of your wonderful and helpful team making my buying car experience easy and enjoyable! If anybody is looking for a friendly customer service, great car buying experience and awesome prices, go to Tallahassee Ford. I highly recommend and they definitely deserve 5.0 STARS. - Paolo Balza

Current Experience: I brought my Ford Mustang in on Nov

Current Experience: I brought my Ford Mustang in on Nov 24, 2025 10:15am due to the radio not working. Mike was my service rep. Mike told me the piece ($751.00) that was being put into my car would fix the issue and we agreed on the price. Dec 3, 2025 I received a vehicle inspection link which reflected almost $3,000 worth of service that Mike and I never spoke about. I called and spoke with Mike to ask why was the extra work done without my approval. I requested to speak with a supervisor and Mike refused to let me speak with a supervisor. Mike wanted to work a deal with him waiving some items and my total would be almost 1400.00. On Dec 15, 2025 I requested a call from Mike but never received a phone call pertaining to services and payment. Due to me just using Sunbit to complete repairs on my Camry and making the final payment, I was told by Sunbit to wait 24hr (Dec 19, 2025) before submitting an application for Ford. Mike never called me nor sent the Sunbit link as we both agreed. Jan 2, 2026 I received a text message stating Tallahassee Ford had made several attempts to call me and I would have to be billed storage fees. I contacted Tallahassee Ford the same day and requested to speak with a supervisor which was Eric. I explained to Eric how Mike failed to provide the link and approved services we never spoke about. Eric told me he would look into the situation and contact me by end of business Jan 2, 2026. Eric returned my called and admitted that Mike never attempted to call me and he did in fact do services that was not previously approved. I explained to Eric that I would be coming to pick up my car on Jan 3, 2026 due to the bad experience, the lies and I received a phone call from Ford asking did I want to sale my mustang. Eric gave me his cell number but due to him being off he told me to contact a rep that would be on duty. At 1p on Jan 3, 2026 I requested to pick with that individual but was told he was at lunch. I briefly explained the situation about pleaded with the receptionist to make sure he gets my message. The receptionist promised to follow back up with me within the 1hr. The entire day went past and I received no phone call. I called Tallahassee Ford and requested to speak with Richard the head supervisor. I explained the entire situation and how unsatisfied I was. Due to me being across town I told Richard I would be to Tallahassee Ford on Jan 5, 2026 Monday morning 8am to get my mustang. Richard stated he would be there and have everything ready. Richard even stated he would waive a fee off the bill. Monday morning at 8am Jan 5, 2026 I contacted Richard and told him I had an emergency at work and would be there later, he stated ok. I also requested Richard to go back and listen to the recorded phone calls of how Mike mislead me and how he refused to let me speak with a supervisor initially. I also requested Richard to listen to the recorded call of Eric calling my back stating everything I have experienced was intend true. Richard stated he would go back and listen to the phone calls and contact me by the evening. Richard never contacted me. I contacted Tallahassee Ford at about 5pm giving them a heads up that I was on my way to get my car. I requested to speak with Richard and was told he already left for the day. Once I arrived at Tallahassee Ford the receptionist told me that someone spoke with Richard and everything was ready to go. At this point I started recording with my Meta glasses. I encountered a service rep that gave me a receipt for the full price. I asked about why Richard didn't waive what he stated he would. The rep asked me what was it that he stated he would waived. As I went to explain the rep rudely cut me off. He pulled out his phone and said he would just call Richard which is what I requested in the 1st place. The rep stated Richard is at home with his family and wasn't answering. I requested for him to try again in which he stated no. He would not continue to call Richard.

From the first day, was the worst dealership I've been

From the first day, was the worst dealership I've been in. From salesman, just being untruthful, one over tags, registration filing incorrect, refund i received employee of DMV said was short, service installed a part not made for my vehicle, per phone call to Ford. Still numerous problems that haven't been addressed.

Received a safety recall notice and scheduled an appointment for the service. Drove 57 miles to the dealership only to be told the part for the recall wasn’t available and to check back in two months!! The appointment should NEVER have been scheduled! The recall notice number was given when the appointment was made and part availability should have been verified!

My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler

My husband and I recently purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Tallahassee Ford. Within 48 hours, the check engine light came on due to a cylinder 2 misfire, and the experience since then has been nothing short of frustrating. I didn’t personally interact with him, but my husband told me about his encounter with Diego Cabrera when he returned to the dealership to address the issue — and I was shocked by how disrespectful and unhelpful he was. Diego reportedly showed zero empathy, was arrogant and dismissive, and made no real effort to help — despite the fact that we had just purchased the vehicle days earlier. I do appreciate that the General Manager reached out personally and promised to help resolve the issue, but we still have not received any follow-up or update since that call. We’ve also filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as we believe no customer should have to fight this hard for support — especially when dealing with a brand-new issue immediately after purchase. At this point, we’re extremely disappointed and hope the dealership follows through on their promises.

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with only 18,000 miles

I purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with only 18,000 miles from Tallahassee Ford. Within 48 hours, the check engine light came on with a cylinder 2 misfire. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told it would be sent to a local Jeep dealer for repair since it was under manufacturer warranty. What followed was one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I had to fight just to get a loaner vehicle, despite the issue happening immediately after purchase. I received no follow-up, no urgency, and no accountability from the Ford team. They sold me a vehicle that clearly had a problem and then completely disengaged from the process, leaving me to chase down the Jeep dealer and corporate myself. It’s now been over 5 days and the vehicle still hasn’t even been diagnosed. I expected more from a Ford dealership when buying a low-mileage vehicle. If this is how post-sale support is handled, I would strongly encourage others to think twice before purchasing here.

I purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger Lariat new in 2022.

I purchased a 2022 Ford Ranger Lariat new in 2022. It has the 20 year warranty on it for the power train. My entire transmission went out in this truck. I've tried several times to get a hold of someone to resolve this issue. I've left several voice-mails but no one returns my call. Please be aware that if you buy a 40 to 50 k truck brand new that this dealer or Ford as a company will hang you out to dry. As a further update to my review the dealer did reach out to me and a sales manager Diego Cabrera cussed me out. As a potential customer I would emplore you to please do your research on Ford 10 speed transmissions. There are several class action law suits involving the 10 speed transmission in the Ranger and F-150. As a professional business that put a bogus 20 year powertrain warranty on a defective vehicle you'd think that they would attempt to resolve this as opposed to calling me and cussing me out. This is the caliber of dealer that they are and the type of brand that Ford Motor Company has become.

Very disappointed in my experience with Tallahassee Ford.

Very disappointed in my experience with Tallahassee Ford. I purchased a new 2024 vehicle that had been used as a loaner. The windshield was damaged at the time of sale. I was told by both Sales Manager Diego and Salesperson Al that someone would contact me locally for the repair since I live almost 3 hours away. I had to follow up with the dealership several times before they decided to send me a check to cover the cost of the repair. During the repair process, the windshield cracked further to the point it needed to be replaced. The Sales Manager told me they are refusing to cover the replacement. I’m returning the check, as I don’t agree with that being the final resolution. I was also charged for an extended warranty I did not agree to. The signing took place on a small electronic tablet that made it difficult to review the documents. Diego high-fived me and said he “got me” an extended warranty, and I thought perhaps it was a bonus for buying a new vehicle that was used as a loaner. This was after I clearly declined additional coverage during negotiations and Diego had even told me I could buy an extended warranty in the future. I’ve since canceled it along with other warranties that weren’t accurately presented. They also did not give me the $500 military appreciation discount I’m eligible for as the spouse of a retired military member. Lastly, I was never told the factory warranty had already started almost 7 months before my purchase. I only learned this after calling Ford Customer Care to verify my warranty. This kind of detail should be disclosed up front. Advice to buyers: Ask to review printed copies of every document before signing, and also review the signed copies closely as soon as possible when completed (at the dealership before you leave if possible).
