I went in to buy a car, the sales person, Gary, was very

I went in to buy a car, the sales person, Gary, was very nice and accommodating, and helped me find some missing pieces from the car. But when it was time to negotiate, the finance guy (I don't remember his name, either James or Jason, I will refer to him as A) came up introduced himself and left, whenever I had a question that Gary didn't know the answer to, he would go and ask A, and instead of coming back and talking to me, A would just relay the answers through Gary. It was tedious and took an unnecessarily long time. At some point a different guy (B) came by and was telling me something that was directly contracting the information on their own website, after a little back and forth, Gary went back to A to clarify and was told that I was right, so B left immediately after. This back and forth seemed extremely unprofessional and rude.

Just purchased a 2026 RAV4 Limited Hybrid.

Just purchased a 2026 RAV4 Limited Hybrid. Valerie Sanchez was very helpful and efficient in communicating price and availability of this vehicle before it arrived at the dealership. It was exactly the vehicle I wanted, and a test drive confirmed that I had made the right choice. I expected to pay full price since the 2026 model is the first year of the 6th generation, and many I saw online were already listed as "sale pending." I traded in my 2013 RAV4 Limited with high mileage but otherwise in good condition. After some back and forth with manager Majir (sp?), we arrived at a deal that satisfied both of us. I elected to purchase the additional prepaid maintenance for 5 years / 75k miles, but no additional warranty. I'm very happy with the vehicle and the process.
