Happy Customer

We had a great experience with incredible auto sales! I would recommend them. We really like Spencer who helped me find the car we bought and he is excellent from start to finish!

They were very accommodating when I wanted to test drive

They were very accommodating when I wanted to test drive several cars. However, my credit union would not approve my loan. I don't know if there were more options because they did not say, for financing.

False advertising and no concern for safety

They are very dishonest, I called in on a vehicle and drove 40 min to see it, by the time I arrived they uped price on the vehicle by 1,000 dollars. They said had just got the car, but it had been listed for over a week. It also falsely advertised miles and color. Don't list a car unless ready to sell! They blantenly falsely advertise your vehicles. Despite these red flags i stilled looked at the car and found that the car had a bad gash in the tire and you could see the inner lining which extremely unsafe. When I told them about it, they said it wasn't a problem. They are terrible to even let someone test drive a car like that. Someone could get seriously hurt or cause a fatal accident. And if you want to see how they treat customers. Read their replies to people. They show no concern or remorse. They down play people's concerns. Don't Trust Them! Photo attached is of the wheel gash.

Dishonest company, don't trust what they tell you.

Dishonest company, don't trust what they tell you. They covered up a much larger problem, ended up costing me over $4,600.00 after three months of ownership. They knew there was a problem because when I took the car back two days after I purchased it they stated that the part had come in. I ended up with a different component obviously less expensive than the original for that one repair they did make. The car warrant I paid for and ended up with did not have the coverage I requested such as a rental car.

Untrustworthy, review your contract good.

I went to incredible auto sales to attempt to buy a car, I cannot speak bad about the whole team although I could from the person who attended me which was Jorge. The car needed some repairs and I was told they themselves would fix it without charging me, once we got to doing the contract of sale I noticed they were charging me an “edge guard” fee, I asked what it was about and I was told it was a security measure for the car in case it ever got stolen which doesn’t make sense because before you drive the car off the lot it has to have full coverage insurance. I was also getting charged a “dealer prep fee” & “dealer documentation service fee” which is the same thing, they were just trying to charge me twice for the dealer documentation. To erase any doubts from my mind I spoke with one of my friends who works in a dealership and showed him the paperwork which he said they were trying to charge me twice for the documentation and on top of that charge me for the repair to the car as well which I was told I would not be getting charged for. I would like to believe that the owner doesn’t know what happens in their shop and more so with the Hispanic people because they believe we don’t understand anything! Avoid Jorge at incredible auto sales, he will try to upcharge you!

Dealer response

We are a volume dealer with very little mark up. We show you the doc fee and dealer prep because we are being up front with you. We could just charge retail or above and then charge you our fees like ever other dealer but we don't. If you were charged for a repair then it's because you agreed to pay for it. We don't charge our customers for something we tell you we will fix.

Dealer didn't disclose present damages on the 2017

Dealer didn't disclose present damages on the 2017 chrysler pacifica and tried to add 2 extra fees to the final sale.. dishonest.. be carefull don't buy from this incredible dishonest auto sales. They asked me to send them a $500 deposit non refundable, and I feel it's the dealer's fault and they should refund me my money back. I flew from Roswell NM to Bountiful Utah.

Dealer response

The damage he is talking about is a little scratch on the drivers door. This customer was sent several detailed pictures of the car. He also signed a non refundable.. We offered to let him move it to a different car and he drove many. He said that he owned a dealership in NM and needed the car perfect. This Chrysler Pacifica is priced $4,000 under retail book.

Clown Show

These clowns should be allowed to sell cars. Pure and simple. Stopped in to look at a Kia and no one would give me the time of day. Not sure why.

Time to clean up the place

Wow I have never read so many bad reviews on one place before. I'm looking for a used car but I will diffently stay away from this place. Wow someone needs to man up and clean this place up.

Hard Pass

Pretty sure they never had the car they told me to come look at but had just sold before I got there. The ad is still up days later for this very fine car on multiple websites, but almost every vehicle they actually have on the lot seems to be an abused, neglected and half-fixed auction pickup. What’s incredible is how many junkers they can squeeze together with the amount of real estate they’re working with over there.
