First, I've only ever owned 1 car before I came to this place, it was 1990 beater so I definitely needed a new set of wheels. As a first time buyer and someone who doesn't know much about cars, I can tell you this place has superb service and cars. The salesmen Chris and Bill we're very professional, patient, polite, informative, and didn't wanna sell me the car just because it was their job, they WANTED to see me walk out with something to be proud of, which I most certainly am. I walked in one day not knowing what to expect, 2 days later I walk out with a car I thought I couldn't possibly ever acquire. Landmark Auto had the car I was looking to purchase and I saw the ad on the internet. The entire staff made the purchasing of the car as stress free as possible when buying a used car. Since the car had 91,000 miles on it, the three month 3000 mile warranty (less heat and air) gave me confidence to make the purchase. The repairs and maintenance promised as part of the deal were performed at their dealership in a timely manner. The fact that this is basically a family run business added to my confidence in making the purchase. They arranged to allow me to take the car home for the day and get it checked out by my wife. All in all it has been a very good experience, not only because of the people involved, but because the car is a good car. I do believe that they try to bring good used cars into the dealership because the car, and its condition, are at the heart of any deal.

Today we had the best car buying experience we have ever had! My husband was looking for a new car, he loved his old car and did not want to part with it. We came across Landmark Automotive on line, he was quite taken with a custom painted purple Mustang. He called and within 24 hours we had an appointment to test drive the car the following day. Our sales person Chris, and his family were friendly, respectful, honest, and helpful from the phone call to signing the papers. We were treated with kindness, they never pushed a hard sell. Chris worked with us, he advocated for us with the bank, and before I knew it we were in the car my husband had happily picked out. Quite frankly, from the moment he saw the Mustang, he has been on cloud nine ever since! This was the most pleasant, easiest, car buying experience we have ever had. We were in and out of the office, within a few hours. We will definitely be repeat customers, and would gladly recommend Landmark Automotive to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Purchased our first car from Landmark. The overall quality of service and knowledge was everything you would hope for. The whole process was smooth and without delays. I was looking for a decent used car with low miles. I ended up buying a Honda Civic which I love. Lou and Bill are amazing, they tried very hard to get me approved for a loan which was kinda difficult because I don't have any credit. Well long story short landmark was a great choice.
