Used generic exhaust clamps instead of OEM clamps. We were quoted 20 min took almost an hour charged $ 70.00 plus. We had been in previous for service and that is when they found out the one clamp was missing, and another was broken. We were giving a picture of a clamp and believed this was the type of clamp they were going to use. Wrong. We were charged over five dollars for shop supplies. Not sure what shop supplies were.

Good morning. Our management team has been attempting to reach out regarding this experience. The clamps used are aftermarket clamps provided by our shop as the OEM clamps for this vehicle do not come separate and would require the full exhaust system to be replaced. This was explained and signed off on during the time of your service appointment. As for the time, the minimum time quoted for any service is never less than an hour as there are many factors that can delay the wait on a vehicle. We will be looking into this.
