I was interested in a vehicle and my inquiry was

I was interested in a vehicle and my inquiry was responded to promptly. I notified the salesman, who I will not name, that my drive would be fifty minutes and I would appreciate any information on imperfections explaining that I understood and expect them being a used vehicle. The salesman took a live video for me, which was nice, but noted only one small dent. When seeing the vehicle in person, the front bumper was immediately noticed not even fully mounted and loose when handled. This was something I thought I saw on the live video but I dismissed due to being assured that I would get honest information. When I pointed it out, the salesman claimed the manager just saw it that morning. I called foul on that statement without any challenge. I especially called foul because it was on the lot for several weeks and not likely getting anymore attention. In addition to the bumper, a portion of the framing under the engine was covered with light oil spillage and grease to possibly cover it up. I didn’t expect the salesman to have knowledge of it but service had to know. Also, but not of major issue, I noticed a second small dent and a peeled part of the leather on the third row seat not mentioned in the video. I was not concerned with the dents nor leather spot because again, I accepted what may be present on used cars. To add to it, on the test drive I advised the salesman who rode along that I would like a short drive on the highway to check for any problems at high speed. He directed me to a road that was 45 mph as a test location. In summary, it was a total waste of time with two substantial problems that both sales and service had no way of not having knowledge. And by the way, I never take the time to write reviews but I was so disappointed that it needed to be done.

I’m 69 years old and this was one of the least painful

I’m 69 years old and this was one of the least painful car buying experiences I’ve ever had. Gabe was friendly, professional, and very easy going and non-pushy. I highly recommend him if you are interested in a new or used vehicle. A truly pleasant experience.
