Service department is a total joke

I have had my 2019 Accord there for 3 days. I called for an update and Issac said they had 2 of 3 mechanics quit and had not had a chance to look at it. No idea when they could. And I said I will be having to tow it to another dealer. Issacs response “sorry bout that” Word on the street was right- don’t go to Pye.

Awful service

I felt like my customer service was very poor and that the staff was not knowledgeable about my repairs. I drop my car off at 10:30 AM and was told I would get it back In the shop right away and then I didn’t get my car back till after four. I felt very uncomfortable and did not want to be there.

Great Experiance

I discussed this transaction of over 4 weeks with salesperson, Mark Mooney. He was so very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Returned all phone calls in a timely manner. He negotiated a great price for me. I never felt pressured to purchase even though I knew the exact vehicle I wanted. I walked away feeling as if I was a valued customer. I can't say enough about Mark Mooney. Wonderful man and salesman.

Not an honest company.

Don't make referrals to this location if you are expecting a referral bonus. I've been waiting since April to get what I was promised. I helped move 3 new civics off this lot. They lied about referral bonus and will not return calls. I WILL NOT SEND THIS LOCATION AN MORE BUSINESS.

Unsatisfied customer

I recently when to look at a car at Pye Hyundai. No one came out to help me except for a Pye Honda sales person. He would not let me look at the cars because he wanted me to buy a Honda. He got me over there and then to tell me that I was not rich enough to buy a Honda. I would have to buy a used car. First of all why would I want to buy a used car anyways. The sales person was trying to talk me out of buying a car and wanted to know why I was even looking for a new car. He was distracted with something going on outside instead of helping me. I have tried to do business with Pye before and was told the same thing about I couldn't afford the car. I purchased it at another dealership. I did not feel like I was appreciated as a customer.

Purchase of a new 2011 CRV

I was not happy with my buying experience. I was never shown a list related to the Costco program. Also, there were unclear charges for the licensing process and another item. The main reason we went there is because my son is acquainted with the owner and my wife liked the color of the vehicle. All in all we could have gotten a better deal elsewhere.

Poor Workmanship

Pye honda replaced a water pump in my car, They did the installation improprly(left out bolts). It took 6 months to realized their work was done incorrectly, and by that time the car had broke back down. I was in Dalton visiting family and the only reason I took it their was because I figured Honda would know how to properly work on their own cars. I live outside of Dalton the car is broke down sitting at my local honda dealership with them saying Pye did the installation wrong. So even after their service manager heard that from 2 different mechanics. They still refused to do anything to rectify this situation. I would never take another car to Pye honda nor would I trust them to do anything more then put air in my tires!
