Wow! It is so much easier to pull the trigger on such a significant purchase as a 2500 Series SCA Performance Black Widow when working with a professional like Todd Oswald. Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. I...

Absolutely the worst customer service in the industry. I went in to have warranty work done in order to pass inspection. My car came with a lifetime warranty which on paper sounds great until they give you every excuse why things aren’t actually covered. This time I called Chrysler directly myself to check on a particular job only to find out that the service tech never actually asked for coverage on it. They, the dealership that is, are the ones that decide how the part has “failed”. After telling me that to replace a simple light wire housing would cost over $250 I said no thanks I will pick the car back up. Got to the dealership and was told that I owed $260 for diagnostic work. What?! You didn’t do anything, I already had that wire out and sitting on the passenger seat. The other work that I had them check for warranty coverage did not require anything more than putting it up on a lift to evaluate the same way my mechanic that sent me there did. The service manager heard me refusing to pay the $260 and I stated that I have a deductible of $150. He went in his office, looked up my history and said I will charge you just the $130 for half of the labor time to which I agreed. He then tells me that when I receive the survey of service from Chrystler to give them 10 stars. I replied, not a chance. I caught you in a lie, you are way over charging me, and this is not the first time with horrible service I have had here. He then gets in my face, literally and tells me that the only time I come in is for warranty work and he knows for a fact that I go elsewhere for oil changes. Well yeah, I’m not dumb and I won’t be ripped off. He continued to argue with me and when I told him to go back to his office (and yes I swore) he came back out in my face and said “what did you say to me?” I replied, what are you going to do, hit me? And he said you’re not worth the time. I may be a woman but I’m not stupid and I won’t tolerate being screwed over. Mind you you they have in past service work on my vehicle had my car in and out of the garage for three solid months. I grew up in the car industry and I can honestly say this is by far the worst customer service department there is in NH Traveling the extra 30 minutes to another Mopar dealer will be my pleasure

My 2020 Jeep I bought 6 months ago (under warranty) has...

My 2020 Jeep I bought 6 months ago (under warranty) has had check engine light issues and stalling. Service dept is rude. Scheduled me 3 weeks out despite my concerns vehicle was unsafe to drive. I was reminded I have tow assistance if I get stranded on the side of the road. I have contacted my sales person with no reply. As soon as you give them you money they want nothing to do with you.

I have had mixed experiences with this dealership. At times they have treated me very well. I purchased a CPO Durango Citadel. The transaction went smoothly and I got a good deal on my purchase. The vehicle had problems right out of the gate and they did a poor job resolving those issues to the extent that they still are not fully resolved and at this point I am simply stuck with them. These issues were reported within the first 30 days and when I persisted in having them fixed both the sales and service department pushed responsibility on the other. Also both departments tried to convince me that the issues were not really issues. When I bring my vehicle in for oil changes the attendant is very nice and prompt. The price is great. I always have my tires rotated with each oil change. The tires are supposed to be inspected for uneven wear each time this is done. There was an instance where this was not done and it cost me a fairly new set of tires. When they rotate tires they can't possibly use a torque stick. When I need to remove the wheels myself some of the lug nuts come off with little to no effort, while others require a breaker bar. They over torqued some of the rear lug nuts until they were so stressed that they would randomly snap off while driving. The dealer did replace the rear wheel bearing and lug studs free of charge to resolve the issue. I had an electrical issue that the dealer did diligently help me with. They attempted to replicate the issue twice with no success and did not charge me for their work at that time. My vehicle tied up one of their bays and they had to pay the mechanic. I appreciated this gesture. Once the problem was permanent and could be identified, I did bring the vehicle there for repair. The issue ended up being a dead starter. In hindsight I am a little confused how it was missed. On top of that it cost me over $600 to have them replace it. When I do call for service I often have to leave a voicemail. I have not had a voicemail returned. To schedule an appointment I always expect to call at least four times before I reach someone. Once you do get someone on the phone they are very polite and helpful. I just had a serious repair done to my vehicle. The service writer made some major mistakes that cost weeks worth of time and an extra $800 out of my pocket. When I brought the mistakes to his attention he denied making them. Then I had to remind him that I had proof since our conversations had been through email. He offered me a tiny discount for my troubles. I contacted another employee at Bonneville about the issue and I never received a reply. The required work is not completed despite having completed the transaction. I'm not going to bother going back. I do not recommend purchasing from or using the service here.

My experience at Bonneville and Son can be summed to a...

My experience at Bonneville and Son can be summed to a few words: superior customer service. I was helped out by Todd Oswald who was fantastic during the whole process. Not only did he thoroughly explain everything about the Charger GT and make the nitty-gritty (including paperwork, license transfers) seamless, he also went the extra step to give me his phone number in case I had any questions or problems. He made the experience one I'll always remember with nostalgic joy, as this is my first car. I 100% recommend Todd and the Bonneville and Son dealership for anyone looking to buy a new (or used) vehicle.

I just bought my 6'th vehicle from Mike Raymond @ Bonneville & Son. I bought my first brand new truck in 1999 from Mike. His top of the line service has not changed a bit since that first truck I bought 22 years ago. Mike Raymond is a auto buyers dream. No pressure, listens intently to what I want and matches me up perfectly every time to my new vehicle. I have never left Bonneville & Son with any feelings of buyers remorse. Mike is an honest, true to his word type of guy and that shows through with every interaction he has. The service at Bonneville & Son has never been anything less than 5 stars with me as well.
