This experience is through the service department only.

This experience is through the service department only. I have dealt with Bonneville and son on many occasions with finding that every time I went down there it was a bad experience. Today I went down to ask the service department if I could just quickly have somebody come outside in the parking lot and take a look at a situation that I had with a hard talk that I had purchased what if I needed to get possibly a new gasket or should I buy a hardtop OEM I just needed somebody that deals with this to give me a little advice. I was answered by the service girl that that'll be a $190 and that she would have to send it out to a water testing company as they couldn't do it themselves? So I still was trying to finish explaining to them that I had already done a water test and I knew that it was leaking I just needed advice. I know that if I ran a business especially a dealership I would want my stuff to be proactive and also to be helpful but that is not clearly the case here. So I inform them that I would go somewhere else with them out even realizing that in the springtime I was planning on coming down and buying a brand new Jeep a high-end model mind you but now I won't have anything to do with them. On another occasion I brought my Jeep in because I was getting a rotten smell egg smell in the interior every time you stepped on the gas or floored it. I took a picture of the odometer reading when I dropped it off just to see how far they went with it. I received the phone call to come pick it up and that there was nothing wrong with it? This puzzled me how could they not smell that. We paid the bill and left I think our vehicle was also in there to do some recalls but as I was sitting in the parking lot I remembered that I had taken the picture and I'm looking at the odometer and I'm looking at the odometer picture and they never moved. The number the calculates the 10th of a mile had rotated almost to the next one so this told me that all they did was take it from the parking spot to the garage and the garage back to the parking spot they never took it out for a test run so that they could tell me what was wrong with this rotten eggs smell. When I discovered this in the parking lot I was Furious they just got done lying straight to my face and charging me for a service they never completed. I never bothered to mention this to anyone including my wife because she knows how I can be I just felt that it was a situation that I could prove and that I would probably be pretty b******* and probably yelling at them and probably turning into a situation that would backfire on me and getting myself in trouble so I decided not to even say a word about it. But it's been too many numerous occasions when I went down there and the first goal behind the service technicians mind is to start charging you as most money as possible. Honestly people I consider myself just a common man with common sense I believe in helping your neighbor and being decent with people. Lately it seems like what feels like I'm the only one like this. So I'm going to just move on I will never deal with this dealership ever again know what I ever consider buying anything from them ever again I will travel to another city before dealing with them. This is just an honest review I'm not somebody who's hostile I didn't agree with them and just make up a story this is really the truth.

I went specifically to meet with Tim and he was great.

I went specifically to meet with Tim and he was great. So we're the associates that also assisted in the deal. I would be remiss if I did not mention that I still do not have my rain gauds, not the dealership's fault, but they keep coming broken.
