I enjoyed working with the sales representative. He was responsive and knew a lot about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. I was not happy with the finance dept who kept me waiting for 25 minutes to sign the final paperwork even though I paid cash and did not finance the vehicle.

Zero stars! I have been a customer for 20+ years and that ends today! They charged me for a service that they never actually completed and refuse to make it right. It is clear that they do not care about the safety or well being of their customers, they only care about stealing their money. I am very disappointed in the quality of service in the past 2-3years.

Just bought a 2022 Grand Cherokee this will be the 4th Jeep I've purchased from Michael Raymond he always makes sure I get a great deal he's very professional and makes the whole process painless. I would highly recommend Michael Raymond he's the best!

We have had a great experience at Bonneville. We have now purchased and/or leased 5 vehicles through them over the years. Michael Carlisle is a great sales associate and we always enjoy working with him. We have never felt pressured to purchase anything we didn’t want. We have felt they have been honest with us with all our questions as well as guiding us for or against something we may not have thought of. Any vehicle issues we have have run into the service department was quick to help. I’m sure we will be back again when it’s time for another vehicle.

This was later confirmed via text message “It’s not as convenient as if we had service the car here and could finance you our own. It would be much more simple.” They would not submit my credit app or put plates on it. Everytime I spoke to them I was given different next steps. The sales manager was beyond rude and downright nasty.
