These guys are the best!

These guys are the best! I was greeted with a warm welcome and professional service. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They answered all of my questions honestly & thoroughly and I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind! Honest people, great inventory and top-notch customer service!

If you want a dealership that rips people off- this is

If you want a dealership that rips people off- this is your place. Brought my 2021 1500 diesel in for oil change and tire rotation. Only brought it in here because I am at my cabin and wanted to get it done b4 heading on a hunting trip. I typically go to a Chevy dealership in Waupaca or Stevens Point. Both charge me less than $120 for oil change AND tire rotation, well this place came to $182.94. Asked to speak with the service manager, figured the gal at the counter Amanda was wrong (and very rude) but nope, service manager confirmed the price. Save yourself some money and get better service and go elsewhere! I attached my bill so all can see. Way to rip off the consumer Klien! Also- added my multi-point vehicle inspection report. Not even filled out. Over charged and don't even do what they are supposed too! Do yourself a favor and at least call another dealership and compare prices.

Shady is as shady does.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Happy customer

My vehicle blew an engine took to 2 dealerships with no help.. went to Klein was greeted with friendly helpful & caring people…Amanda took over everything for me & with her help & service men my vehicle is up & running… forever Klein customer!!

Worst experience ever!!

I scheduled an appointment with a sales person to test drive a vehicle & double checked to make sure date was correct. I drove two hours only to be told the vehicle was sold. Their idea of “personal service” is to send an automated, form letter email every day at 4:55pm. They have the worst communication skills I have ever encountered! I would walk the rest of my life before purchasing a vehicle from them!

This is a continuation to a previous review. We had to...

This is a continuation to a previous review. We had to have a gas tank replaced within a week of purchasing a used car from Klein Auto. We were given a bad gas tank and had to take the care back AGAIN for the same problem. We also noticed a grinding noise coming from the front of the car. We brought that to their attention when we dropped it off to have the second gas tank put on. We ended up spending several hundred dollars to have the bearing replaced by our independent mechanic.

Rick Koehler is a no show salesman that is full of...

Rick Koehler is a no show salesman that is full of himself. Setup a appointment drive a hour to meet up to buy a truck. He leaves as I'm walking in. Comes back leaves again. Waited over 15 minutes for someone to help us. I was more knowledgeable of the vehicle I wanted to purchase. They laughed at what my trade was worth said where did I get that price. It was from their kelly blue book on their website. Then they list my trade for over 5000 more then they gave me.
