I had one of the worst buying experience at this dealership. They ran my credit more than 8 times to get me a loan and even after pulling my credit for... that many times, got me the worst APR and loan terms ever possible. I didn’t know until I applied for a personal loan and the bank denied my loan based on too many inquiries on my credit report. I pulled my credit report and was shocked to see how many times they ran my credit. The salesperson name Ramy handled my paperwork and didn’t even mention once that he had to go to 8 different banks to get me approved. I would have never purchased a vehicle if I knew they were going to get my credit history messed up to that level. Buyers be aware and ask them how their loan process work if you care about your credit.

I spoke with Justin on the phone, a few days before I went to the dealership. The day that I arrived, I was greeted by a couple of the reps, which were... very hospitable and courteous. Justin came in and was very nice and helpful. I had already saw the car that I wanted online, but wasn't sure if everything would work out, as far as payments, being as though it was a current model of Lexus. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love. I told Justin that I wanted this car. We went back inside to do the paper. He made my buying experience very warm and painless. I was so happy and over joyed. They don't know that I cried when I left the dealership, but that's how happy I was. I then signed all of my paperwork with Tim, which was very helpful. Needless to say, I drove home in my Lexus ES 350, and payments were where I needed them to be........Yessss! If you want a reliable car, and work with people that possess exceptional customer service, I suggest you go to J&S AutoHaus. They are the best, hands down. Excellent service! Everyone was very friendly and professional. Especially working with Rami was wonderful, I was able to negotiate and close the deal... for RX350 very easily. Rami gave me RX350 to check with Lexus dealer for any issues. When dealer recommended to replace front brakes due to rust. Their service team replaced all break pads and rotors for free and kept their word. I would buy again here.
In searching for a Jeep online, I found a listing matching what we were looking for, though 120 miles from home. After visiting the shop to see it in... person, we decided to purchase it a few days later. I dealt with Justin to prepare the paperwork prior to closing and confirm the deal as we had non-dealer financing. I was advised the Jeep would have a 30 day or 1000 mile power train warranty which was fine as the Jeep had 98,000 miles on it. The dealership was also taking care of paying the PA state sales tax (dealer in NJ) and PA registration . We purchased it 9/19/17 with a temporary plate expiring 10/8/17, plenty of time for a transaction that I could’ve taken care of at AAA on 9/20/17 in an hour. While waiting for the PA license, the battery started acting up and we experienced intermittant starting issues. I couldn’t have it inspected until we had the PA paperwork. After contact the dealer numerous times, the paperwork finally arrived on 10/6. I made an appointment to have the Jeep inspected on 10/10 and the Jeep dealer found the battery was failing due to a bad cell, a leaking rear axle seal which in turn allowed the bearing to fail. The dealer also found the emergency brake shoe separated from the caliper and had to be replaced. Now I had a few other items done, but once the bearing issue was found, the Jeep was immobile due to safety until they received the parts. When I contacted Justin at J&S he asked me to bring it in for their shop to repair. When I advised that was not possible he advised the warranty has a requirement for in-house repairs. I requested the reimbursement of the parts, approx. $400, not including labor, I was offered $200 as goodwill. That offer was made to me 10/20 and I have yet to receive a check, so I doubt I will get my parts expenditure back. Luckily the Jeep seems to be in good shape with those repairs. It’s a shame that J&S wouldn’t stand behind the sale.
J&S AutoHaus was awesome. They showed me the car I was looking, filled out paper work quickly, and had me driving off their lot within a couple of hours.... They cleaned and put gas in the car before I left. I'm very happy with my SUV!
