My salesperson Justin was informative, concise, and got right to what the car needed, which wasn't much at all. They allowed me to do a pre-purchase inspection... and took care of what a local bmw dealer recommended. The finance person wasnt Mr. Personality but he was no-haggle, no-hassle, low key, they knew what I wanted and needed and we proceeded smoothly. Their detail person did an excellent job smoothing out some rim scuff, like an artist would. Great dealership and I got a fantastic deal. Tightly-run organization.
Unlike just about all the other dealers with similar cars, here there were no added fees. I went to another dealer for a similar car and was told that... there were $4000 in "dealer fees" above the listed price of the car. They said they did that because all the other dealers do it. That's not true. Here, the price listed was the actual price of the car. It's nice to deal with an honest dealership.
Recently bought a Range Rover here. Rami was amazing to deal with. Straightforward with no games whatsoever. He arranged a fair trade on my old car when... other dealers were busy playing games. I drove in, he had everything ready, drove away within an hour with my new car hassle free. I would recommend Rami to anyone looking for a fair hassle free, straightforward deal with no games. The car was beautiful with new brakes, tires and oil change. Great people to do business with. I will be back and will refer friends!!
Inquired about a vehicle. Spent better part of a day negotiating price and delivery from NJ to IN. We agreed on both and was asked to fill out credit app...done.... Received call next morning inquiring if I’d like to have car inspected by third party which I declined. Waited to hear back and texted with sales associate. A few hours later sales associate told me that the car was being looked at by another customer. “What?” Texted then don’t run my credit if the car isn’t mine. “I thought we had a deal”. Too late! I was going to have to wait 2 hours to see if the car was sold to other customer. I asked if customer was ahead of me and my inquiry and was advised “no” they walked in today. I started inquiring about their sales process and was told if some one walks in off the street there was nothing he could do. “What? “ Received a text from sales associate (2 hours later) 2 monosyllables. “Sold” - “Sorry” .... What? We had a verbal deal, they ran my credit (which is good) and sold it to someone else. Sorry for the ding on your credit score. I called sales manager, who listened and apologized; seemed sincere. If you are an online/out of state buyer ..... beware. My only recourse is to complain and write a review.
Bought a car and it had the check engine light on. Was also missing navigation chip. Brought it back to get fixed and the gave me back my car that still... had the check engine light on, was driven 120 miles and had NO GAS! Now the radio doesn’t work and I have to pay for that. I am already out gas money, 180 dollars for the navigation chip and two trips to the dealership and I live an hour and a half away. This has been the worst experience I have ever had buying a car and my sales person couldn’t care less about helping me. The manager finally paid for me to take my car into a local ford dealership and paid for that but won’t pay for the faulty radio. I have had the car for three weeks and it has been nothing but a headache. I will never ever buy from here a again and recommend people find a reputable car sales organization not this one. Also had to drag my two kids back and forth to the repair shop in the middle of a pandemic to get my car fixed here and they didn’t even fix it. I had to follow up multiple times to get my trade off paid and was getting calls from a debt collector. Awful!
