Beware of doing business with Nissan Vacaville.

Beware of doing business with Nissan Vacaville. Alina Shahan, Internet Sales Manager cannot be trusted and has no ethics! Despite selling me a car online, seeing a copy of the cashier’s check, promising that she had already had the vehicle moved off the sales lot to prevent it from being sold and supposedly prepare it for my arrival, and knowing I was driving over 8 hours to pick up the car, she called an hour before my arrival lying claiming that the vehicle had accidentally been transferred to another dealership and sold before she had arrived for work. This was a complete lie as I had a nearby friend immediately drive to the dealership who witnessed my car being sold to another family while Alina watched. Alina was aware that I had already experienced another dealership sell a vehicle I was waiting for in transit, so she had assured me that I had nothing to worry about; either she is the most incompetent sales person ever or she is just that dishonest. When I asked to speak to the sales manager on duty Rojan Walford, he refused to come to the phone or return my calls. Driving up to try and buy this car cost me two days of frustration and over $500 in gas and lodging. No one should trust doing internet sales with Nissan Vacaville and should be aware that the fraudulent owners also own 11 other Nissan dealerships in the San Francisco and Sacramento area. If owners allow one dealership to operate so underhandedly, it stands to reason that all of their dealerships are disreputable. My previous attempt to buy that same Pathfinder model at Pinnacle Nissan, was a waste of time as well. After accepting the price by Salesperson Mark Smith on a Nissan Pathfinder (in transit), I began to worry when he and Michael Turcotte, Sales Director both stopped returning my messages while I was attempting to complete the sale and send a deposit or down payment to hold the vehicle. I waited 3 weeks for a Pathfinder that they had been already sold. It finally took researching through Peoria Nissan (same deceitful owners) and multiple days of duplicitous attempts to sell me a different model to finally uncover that Pinnacle had already sold my Pathfinder to someone else before it had arrived. Both Mark and Michael were well aware that my current vehicle had died and it was already a hardship to wait for the Pathfinder while it was it transit, but clearly they didn’t care that I was without a vehicle since I never could get them to be honest enough to admit that they had obviously sold my car for an extra buck and didn’t care how I was impacted. If these dealerships are this dishonest and have this poor of professionalism when they are supposedly trying to earn your business, I can’t imagine how horribly they would treat Nissan owners after they already have your money. Frankly, I’ve given up because I no longer trust Nissan if they allowing dealerships to behave so dishonesty, so I’ve decided to sell my current Nissan Murano and will not purchase another Nissan again. Nissan will never get another dollar from me; now I understand why the Murano and Pathfinder score so poorly in National reviews! As a teacher, I try not to buy into stereotypes that all car sales people are dishonest, but frankly this entire experience has left me distrustful of anyone associated with Nissan.

Do not go here.

Horrible service. Do not use their service department as they charge more than the average and they do not explain the charges. Aaron does not return calls and lies promising a refund but doesn’t do it. Am not able to get a hold of anyone and they do not return calls at a timely manner.

Don’t buy From Vacaville Nissan, especially servic

I bought an Acura two months ago from Nissan and regretted it every day since. The Finance guy Yousef up sold me on services that have no value and are more trouble than they are worth. They damaged the vehicle while transferring it and have yet to complete repairs in a acceptable way. Simply Outrageous! Never again.
