Automotive Network

My first car, purchased with Automotive Network, is a 2002 Ford Focus. The car is 10 years old and practically looks brand new! It runs great and these guys help you out the whole way.

I wanted a used Nissan Maxima. Did a search in a 100 mile radius and they had the best deal available. I showed up and the car was exactly as described online. Jim and his son gave us straightforward information about the price and features. No games or haggling, no hidden fees. Its a small dealership, family owned, small inventory but all high quality, hand picked cars. Great prices helped by low overhead compared to the big dealerships. The car was great, drove amazing, wonderful condition. I had some difficulty with my credit union, and they patiently helped us for two hours to sort it out. Due to errors on the credit union side, I couldn't get the loan transferred that day, so had to come back later in the week. Jim picked me up from the train station, drove me to get the car registered, and sent me off with a full tank of gas. The car is amazing. The process was incredibly enjoyable, especially for "used car buying". I will absolutely start there for my next car.

I purchased a Ford through Automotive Network because the car had what I was looking for, including a great price. As I was comparison shopping, I brought along a copy of the Automotive Network ad to another dealership, and the second place actually told me that they couldn't match Automotive Network's price! The sales process was painless, and the credit application went through without a hitch, including a great financing rate. Within a week, the car developed an unforeseen (major) problem that technically wasn't in the "powertrain warranty," but Automotive Network fixed it at no cost to me regardless of the warranty, and at virtually no inconvenience. I will definitely be back the next time I need a car!

Drove over an hour and was not disappointed. It is evident this dealer is running an honest business and does not sell cars that may be having issues. He was completely upfront and trustworthy. I would gladly drive an hour again to deal with a car dealer like this - you don't come across too many like this. He was low pressure and honest, and you can't put a price on this. I highly recommend automotive network.

After hunting for a nice and well conditioned subaru for months. I stumbled upon Automotive Network. They had a great car for a great price. It was easy to purchase and I drove away that day paying what I wanted in the car I wanted. Thanks a lot Jim

I had been shopping for a new (used) truck for a few weeks and was having no luck. I tried every dealer big and small around where I live, but didnt find what I was looking for. Finally, I found one that caught my eye online that was located in Croydon, which is about 20 mins from my home. The second I walked onto the lot and saw the truck, I knew I had to have it. I was greeted by a gentleman named Jim, who was very helpful, but not pressuring at all. Before I knew it, we were inside talking numbers. Unfortunately I had issues with my credit union that kept stalling the sale process for me. Jim suggested I try the union that they work with and in 2 days I had a check in my hand. The whole sale process took over a week because of the complications, but Jim was so patient, pleasant and understanding. I have dealt with pleanty of dealers before, but Jim was THE BEST by far. He really cares about the people that walk onto his lot, and always does his best to make sure they are satisfied. I still to this day am so thankful I came across his dealership and found exactly what I was looking for. His prices are reasonable and all come with great warranty. Even before I drove away with the truck, I was telling everyone I knew about his place and all the affordable cars. Everyone is so jealous of my new truck, and I love it!! I just want to say thank you to Jim for everything he has done for me. I appriciate it more than he will ever know!!

After going on-line to look for used cars, my niece selected a dealership one hour away. Since they had the car she was looking for we took the drive to check out the car. She liked the car and a few days later, we returned to purchase and pick up the car. Our salesman, Jim Moule, was to the point and helpful, but not pressuring. The car was driven home and a few days later a minor problem developed with the car. On calling Jim to report the slight problem, he kindly offered to cover the expenses, including the labor. He didn't hesitate to provide this service. We were so pleased with the service, that my husband now has Jim looking for a used car for himself and we won't mind driving that one hour ride back to Automotive Network.

I purchased a 2001 Mazda Tribute and love it. I was surprised at how many great cars at great prices were available at Automotive Network. I never bought a car from a used car lot and was surprised at how many great cars there were to pick from. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly, but not pushy. I would suggest Automotive Network to friends and family that are looking for a used car.

Best used car dealership I've ever been to. A friend of mine referred me to them because of the good experience he had with them. When I got there I found many cars that were in my budget. Every car was nice, So it's easy to tell they take pride in their vehicles. I didn't feel pressured at all to buy the car. The car sold itself! I would defiantly buy another car from them!
