Have been a loyal Toyota customer for 20 years have purchased a minimum of 10-12 vehicles between my husband and 2 children have always used Cobb Co or Cherokee which are same owners....All I can say is they just lost a loyal customer, I will never go back

I went in a month ago to determine if I wanted a 4Runner. I was greeted and there was email follow up but no harassment as you find in some businesses. Once I decided to purchase it was an extremely efficient process. If someone I had spoke to previously was not available to answer questions, someone else stepped in to keep the process going. I was very impressed. I believe it took me less than an hour once I walked in the doors to purchase from beginning to end. They had paperwork printed and ready to go to meet a deadline I had for another commitment. Way to go Cherokee County Toyota!

I had repairs performed several week and half ago. When I was on my way home I noticed that my radio had a bad reception, but thought there was just some interference in the area and I was heading to a remote area where I live. I went straight home from the dealership. The next morning I noticed that my antenna was broken off and the base of the antenna was cracked like it had be hit with something very hard. My husband asked me several times over the course of a week or so if I had called the dealership to tell them about it. I am a CPA and Controller for a small company and I barely have time to eat during the day at work. When I finally called, they said I could bring it down and they would see if they could help us out. Since I would have to take time off work, I point blank asked if they were going to fix this and did not expect to be charged. The lady in repairs insinuated that my account was suspicious since I had waited so long to call and that they didn't know what they could do for me since the shop foreman had no knowledge of any issue that could have caused my antenna to break off. Never go there again!!!

Spent $4300.00 to have my truck repaired. Got my truck back still running hot, they finally found the radiator and condenser were clogged. So for a clogged radiator I had to buy a water pump, thermostat and fuel pump. What does a fuel pump have to do with over heating you ask? Same question I ask and got the answer with you had a code. Like I said $4300.00 later my air doesn’t blow but I do have a new fuel pump.

Dudley & staff took excellent care of throughout the buying process. Selecting our vehicle, completing the sale& instruction on the many features, including registering to use our phones for gps & books .

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my car in on a warranty recall and was returned with a car with more problems than I've ever had. They wanted me to get over 2k worth of work that "nothings wrong with it now but it could be later". They were short with me and my questions. Lied about what they did. And didn't even put the hoses on again or tighten the clamps. Took off part of my fender that wasn't supposed to be touched. Thank God I took it to my usual mechanic who fixed all their lazy mistakes before I broke down. If only they looked at it when I asked but given the reply of "they leave in 5 minutes you can bring it back another time". They don't care about you, your time, or your vehicle. They only want your money!

I searched dealer inventories in 12 states and found the exact vehicle I was looking for at this dealership. The entire purchase process was handled via the internet between myself and Damien Breaux (sales). Everything was clear and above board. The no-haggle pricing was within my expectations based on various new car pricing web sites. Once the details were all agreed to, my wife and I flew to Atlanta, signed the papers and drove our new vehicle back to Phoenix, Arizona. I have been buying cars for over 65 years and have developed some definite opinions about car salesman, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Damien did a great job, no BS, no manipulation, he just did whatever it took to work me through the process. I look forward to the possibility of working with him again in the future and although it is 2000 miles from Phoenix I would recommend Cherokee County Toyota and Damien Breaux to anyone looking to purchase a new Toyota.
