Nice seamless entry and departure. Someone took my truck promptly and it was done sooner than I expected.

Ordered part needed. Dealer received part next day. Made an appointment for installation. Took car in for installation of part at 10:00am day of appointment. Car was ready for pick up at 12:28 pm. Quick, easy and done right the first time.

Everyone was excellent and working with Lisa is a pleasure. Lisa is excellent at her job and goes up and beyond being helpful. The mechanics are awesome.

Service was very good timely. Office was excellent. I am 1.5hours from dealership with noone nearby to help me with long repair times. Waiting area includes free bicycle loaner. & comfortable seats. Bakery across the blvd. I do recommend that they wash and vacuum the vehicle. My uncles did that for all service work & had great repeat business at their Mobil gas station.

We have purchased cars here for years. Recently we have been very disappointed with the service department. They continually failed to keep us apprised on the status of our car, no one seemed to know what was going on with the car, what was the issue, whether the part was in, when it would be finished, and even the fact that it was finished. It seemed anyone we needed talk to was off for the day. They had our car for a week and a half and if we hadn’t continuously followed up (almost daily) they most likely they would have had it a lot longer.

Very thorough and fast service. I love how they send you a video on the progress of your vehicle.

This dealership is extremely friendly and efficient, Brandon in the parts department is very knowledgeable, the service department is very talented and the gals the process your final bill are very nice as well. They have bikes for you to ride while your car is being worked on and free bottles of water. Their waiting area is very comfortable. Glad to have them so near by. Thank you

Always good but especially good yesterday. Had a doctor appointment and was getting close to the time I needed to leave. They got everything done in time, and even parked my car inside right in front of the exit door! Greatly appreciated and thanks to all involved!

Great customer service and excellent communication. I take my car here every 5000 miles for an oil change and they’re always very reliable.
