I have come to Perry’s multiple times and have always had

I have come to Perry’s multiple times and have always had no complaints but this past visit I left feeling like I had just gotten completely ripped off. I’d rather drive to Vegas or Reno than do business there again.

It's good work, but I just wish they were more accurate

It's good work, but I just wish they were more accurate with their approximate wait times. Last few times they've taken nearly twice as long as stated, which is tough on a an already high strung, impatient dude with a temper. Everyone's real nice, I just get mean when I have wait so long, or so much longer than stated.

I brought it in to have them diagnose and fix a

I brought it in to have them diagnose and fix a persistent rattling noise coming from the back seats. They charged me $140 for a diagnosis of “doesn’t seem to be anything the matter”. The rattling persists. They also charged me $500 for services that I might not have needed.

Service manager Brett was friendly, and thorough.

Service manager Brett was friendly, and thorough. Car was delivered at time stated. Mechanic Spencer, was informative and completed all service needed. It's really nice to be greeted in a friendly way when walking in. I'm very happy with my old RAV4. Perry Motors has been servicing it for a long time! Thanks so much!
