I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change, they did
I had a 9:30 am appointment for an oil change, they did not get to my car until after 2:00 pm. Even though I said I would drop my car off, this is absolutely unacceptable. What is the point of an appointment if you are not going to get to me at that time?

Agency was able to get me in next day when my maintenance light went on, yay! Service dept is always friendly and was very helpful with a technology issue I also had.
