I made an appointment to take my car in for its scheduled inspection/service. From the time I got there until I left was only half an hour! How great is that? I bought the car at this dealership and have been taking it back for service. I couldn’t be happier with the care that has been given my car. The entire staff is friendly and everything is explained clearly… from the purchase to the warranty. This is the second automobile I have bought from Toyota of Newport and when, or if, I need another, I will buy it there.

I loved the customer service staff they have.
I loved the customer service staff they have. I didn’t wait long for them to call me to say they were done. I also like how they went over the service they did on my car with me when they were done. My 4Runner runs great! Thanks! Newport Toyota!

This is our second EV purchase at Toyota of Newport this past year. Everyone is Professional, friendly and quick. April our sales person is great, I recommend her highly. The Manager and Sales Manager John and Jenn are great! They made our deals easy. In addition the Service Department after the sale is top notch. They are knowledgeable in all brands of vehicles. Newport Toyota will go the extra to maintain and earn new customers. I left feeling no stress after my deals.
