Awful experience- my wife and I are shopping for a new

Awful experience- my wife and I are shopping for a new car and a Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit was high on our list. I came across a model we were seriously considering at Ken Ganley CDJR Bedford, Ohio. I reached out to the store to schedule an appointment for a test drive. The salesman confirmed they had the vehicle and that it would be ready when we arrived. While driving to the dealership I suggested to my wife to confirm again that the car would be ready to drive, as we live 30 miles away. Again, salesman confirmed- yes car is ready I look forward to seeing you I have it our front. We enter the store provide DL and insurance info, salesman give me the key and walks us out to the car. I immediately note the exterior is dirty, no big deal I get it cars is sitting outside. As we get closer, I see a car seat in the backseat. I open the vehicle, and it is absolutely filthy inside- crumbs papers, mail empty soda cans, water bottles, and Cheetos spilled throughout the car. It honestly looked like someone was living in the car! My initial response to the salesman was - get the keys another car they had on the lot. He actually asked are you sure you don't want to drive this one? My blood began to boil, and I gave him another chance to get keys for another one. He went inside to get the keys and left us outside waiting for at least 10 minutes before I said screw these guys let's leave! I don't expect much from car dealers, but this was one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had at a dealership! I was there to drive and potentially purchase a car with an MSRP or $75k+. Absolutely not going to happen at Ken Ganley CJDR Bedford!!! I wish I had taken pictures of the interior of the car.

I stopped in to look at cars, when I met Mike and Cetric

I stopped in to look at cars, when I met Mike and Cetric Sumpter. They made it easy to. Purchase my new Grand Cherokee. Joe who went over the car was amazing, and John in finance made it easy to understand all the paperwork. Thank you!

Purchased a 2024 Jeep Gladiator that was supposed to be

Purchased a 2024 Jeep Gladiator that was supposed to be NEW but had 1500 miles on it which I didn’t notice until driving home. Paperwork shows 14 miles. Called the dealership and left message…NO CALL BACKS! Then I find out my warranty warranty started 6 months before I purchased. Very shady business! BEWARE!!

This dealership was fast to respond and did a great job

This dealership was fast to respond and did a great job providing me with details and high quality video of the car. This was the first dealer that made me feel good about a remote purchase. Unfortunately the car was missing a key package that I wanted. But they offered to find me the perfect car anyway. Five stars all day long for their responsiveness and no xx approach.
