    My husband made an appointment for my 2014 Dodge Caravan with radio issues. Dropped it off the night before the appointment so it would be there first... thing in the morning. Didn't hear anything all day so called at around 4:00pm. The first service employee left me on hold for over 5 minutes only to send me to someone else who said I needed to talk to someone else so he was going to transfer me - but he hung up on me. Called back and no one knew about my van. Tried to tell me that they were backed up on orders but yet the first guy couldn't even find the write up on my car. The 2nd guy tried the "your the next one" story as if I'm stupid. Then had the nerve to tell me to call him in the morning to check on it - REALLY!! Why don't you call me and I told him that. Just poor service!!

    Horrible service department, horrible communication. Horrible follow through. Horrible customer relations. Took our vehicle in for service (that we bought... there) and couldn’t have had a worse experience. Was lied to multiple times. Waste of time and money.

    Purchased our Grand Cherokee from this dealer. Took it in for service. The wrong thing was serviced so we had to take it back in. Mistakes happen but... we were told the service tech was fired due to issues. We were promised a partial refund or service certificate neither of which we have received after 2 months. Every time we call or stop in, the service manager and customer relations manager play cat and mouse saying neither are in. They also continue to “forget” who we are even though we have spoken on the phone and been face to face serveral times. Each time promises/lies are made with no follow through. Infuriating to say the least. Have not only wasted our money but our time. Would never recommend anyone for this dealer or brand due to poor experience. Also emailed the ganley auto group about this and never heard from them either. Never buying from Ganley again.

    Waited 1.5 hours to be helped after telling them we wanted to purchase a car. The wmployee that originally helped us was timely but that wait created a... terrible experience for us.

    Was just looking for a new Jeep & wasn't sure of which Jeep I wanted. Marko had me test drive the 2 I was interested in. No other dealership... did that for me. There were certain things I wanted in the Jeep & I got it. Everyone I dealt with were kind & helpful. I had a trailer hitch put on there & they did an awesome job.

    My husband and I stopped in on a Wednesday evening to check out the New Jeep Grand Cherokees. Upon walking in the "desk receptionist" was a guy, dressed... sloppy with stains all over his shirts and clearly was intoxicated. We asked to talk to a salesperson and he said they're all busy and walked away, not to be seen. We waiting quietly at the front desk for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge us, nothing. Numerous people walked by with not even a smile. With that being said we left and bought a brand new Jeep Cherokee elsewhere and were very pleased with the service. Never do I write reviews, as I think my husband and I pretty easy-going but I couldn't believe the service there, I'll make sure to steer family and friends from this place!

    I have not purchased a car in over 20 years since I have a company car. I was looking for a car for my daughter and did all my research prior to seeing... the Honda CRV at Ganley. The entire process was seamless. The staff is very friendly, even sharing stories with me about their families and driving experiences. They answered all my questions and were beyond efficient at processing the paper work. I visited another dealership prior to this one and there is no comparison. I was not greeted at the door and later there was no follow up.
