posting cars in the $5k range that are brand new wasting every ones fudging time... just put the car where it belongs and stop nbeing a$$hats. Now im headed to the dealership to pee on their bathroom floors and waste a sales persons time.

DON'T BUY FROM SEWELL CADILLAC OF GRAPEVINE - HORRIBLE

DON'T BUY FROM SEWELL CADILLAC OF GRAPEVINE - HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT! I have bought many cars from Sewell over the years - BMW (primarily) and Lexus and have always had an excellent experience. Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine however was the worst car experience my wife and I have ever had. I spent a ton of time researching a car for my wife who needed to trade into a different vehicle fairly quickly because of her personal situation. The salesperson was great and we finalized the deal. When our vehicle came in a couple of days later - we went to pick it up. The vehicle had a ripple through the dashboard and a mark in the paint on the front bumper. That's when Management got involved and the experience when downhill. We were told by the Sales Manager that this special tri-coat white paint (a $1225 option) is going to have blemishes like this and that all cars are hand made so you can't expect them to be perfect with regards to the dash. Then we got the GM involved and it got worse. He said the ripple in the dash wasn't that bad and at that point the sun was going down and although I could still see the blemish in the paint on the front bumper he said he couldn't. When we were all together I asked the Sales Associate about it (who saw it with me a little earlier) and he said he thought it really depended on the light. So after the GM told me several more times he doesn't see any problem with the paint I asked him to pull it in the new car delivery garage which was right next to us to look at it. He flat out said he wasn't going to do that. So essentially he was calling me a liar. So what you get with Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine is Management that doesn't value the customer and certainly doesn't strive for Sewell's goal of "customers for life" - which I was until this horrendous experience with management. The next day on Sunday I did more research and on Monday we went to Frank Kent Cadillac of Arlington and had an outstanding experience. So if you are shopping for Cadillacs in the DFW area drive right past Sewell Cadillac of Grapevine and head to Frank Kent of Arlington - where you will get a great car buying experience like we did from the Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Finance Director and everyone we came in contact with!!

These guys try harder to NOT sell a car, than they do to

These guys try harder to NOT sell a car, than they do to sell one. I am a cash buyer and they are so worried about how we title the car, they talked themselves out of a sale. Even worse, their price is higher than market, so I was willing to slightly over pay, for convenience (proximity to my home) and they just cannot understand that when a customer pays your asking price for a car, the car can be titled anyway the customer wants. I have done this hundreds of times in my life and I have NEVER had a dealership try to act like they even cared, let alone would say no. I would avoid this dealership!

I sent an e-mail to inquire about a CT5 V Series. Shortly after, I was contacted by Hallie Jameson, letting us know that the car was available. My wife and I met with Hallie that afternoon and purchased the Cadillac. Hallie is very professional and knowledgeable. Our overall experience was outstanding.

This is how every dealer should conduct business and

This is how every dealer should conduct business and their business practices should be considered a standard for the industry. Top notch! Elizabeth was awesome, even picked me up at the airport. Absolutely great when presenting and explaining a real GM (Cadillac) warranty, No third party crap here. We practically had the deal done upon my arrival and Kevin spent a good deal of time showing me every button and gizmo. Got the app all ready to go. I drove the Escalade over 500 miles home and it was perfect. I will also leave this here - not related to the dealership per se. GM Supercruise is the bomb! I think of the 7h drive home all interstate, my hands had to touch the wheel 5 minutes. Amazing how the lane change logic has been adopted.

Buyer beware

Salesperson NEVER went over the new car with us when we picked it up. When I went to pick up my plates at Sewell BMW, they bent over backwards to put my plates on my car. Also, I received the same excellent response at BMW when I brought my car in for service. At Sewell Cadillac, they threw me my plates at the parts counter and never offered any assistance. Premium Auto Dealer Service? I dread to think of the treatment I will get when I need service. This review will probably get the same canned response they all get.
