destroyed my vehicle

Replaced a faulty water pump and didnt even bother filling the coolant. Quoted me a big expensive repair for a shifter knob button until I did my own research and had to tell them what part kit to order. Claimed my oil plug just "fell out" after an oil change. Claimed the brake fluid just drained out somehow due to "debris" around the plug. Got new brakes and brought it back in due to squealing for over a month, they said nothing was wrong... The brake lines were filled with air. Brought it in for a new serpentine belt and told them what to replace. They called back and said they drove the around the block and didnt hear anything, and they dont have enough staff or time to test drive vehicles.

Superb customer service from Eddie Vargus.

Superb customer service from Eddie Vargus. The car had an intermittent electrical problem that prevented it from recognizing the key fob and even caused the car to quit running one time. It was not apparent at first but the car was left and Eddie tried it daily and it eventually acted up and the problem was found and corrected.

Many years dealing with them extremely satisfied caring not gouging the customers fix what is needed letting you know what they found for your safety in the vehicle. Honesty is hard to find in getting your car serviced these days looking to take advantage of senior Citizens, and women telling them there’s other things wrong and increasing prices sorry to say but that’s how society is GREED 🙏🙏🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍👊

I had a part failure and called Holz.

I had a part failure and called Holz. They did not have part in stock. I was able to locate the part elswhere. II called Holz Service to make an appointment to have a part programmed. It was a GM part. I was asked if I bought part at Holz, I was honest and simply answered question with a "NO". I was then told because I didn't buy part there they wouldn't do the work. Funny thing is he never asked me where I bought the car. That might explain the service writers misplaced priorities. I happen to know one of their Vet Techs. I also know they are fully capable of performing the work I requested I contacted a Chevy dealer in Racine. They were delighted to perform the needed programming I requested and no 20 questions..
